J. F.A great place to pass a variety of tests. I went for the language test (B1 Home) needed for citizenship. The reception staff were amazing, helpful and kind (I was very stressed). The gentleman that showed me to the exam room even knew my name and where I was coming from and that was just sweet and calming; that I was not "just another test taker". Thank you!
A. K.Went here for my car driving theory test. Easy to find and get to. Really lovely staff and felt comfortable the whole time. No complaints except not being able to use the stairs when you first go in to get to the specific floor. Be aware that parking nearby is luck of the draw too.
G. G.Although disappointed test centre has moved so far from the centre this one is a lot cleaner and more up to date.
Did ordinary car theory test here. Staff very friendly and guided you where you needed to go within the building. Passed no problem, pretty straight forward test and smooth system in place no red tape issues at all just be sure to bring your provisional and other needed documents for whatever test you're doing which should be emailed to you upon booking. Let's hope the rest of the DVLA delegations and Pearson Test Centres can run as well as this one.
s.Sat my theory test and CSCS test here and both ran smoothly. Just make sure you leave plenty of time. Everyone was professional and courteous.
a. m.Excellent service! I Changed my appointment to Bristol at the last minute! Couldn't find the centre at 1st! And arrived 10mins late! Expected to be turned away......but the receptionist was very understanding and polite! I was allowed to take my test and passed!! Would give 10 stars if possible!!

S. A.The staff are lovely, the lockers are secure and the bathrooms were well kept. Shame no water fountain but I guess that's covid!
R. C.Recently took my motorcycle theory test here (local DVLA test centre for Bristol) and had no issues whatsoever.
Staff were polite and efficient. Lockers are provided for your belonging whilst you complete your test and results are provided on completion.
Various accessibility options such as wheelchair access and option for spoken questions (headphones worn).
