Had a voucher booked for my partners birthday and was running out in the next few months. Called and was spoken to and helped by a guy called Jez who was very friendly and helpful. He managed to get us all booked in and extend our voucher as there were no available dates or times with our requests. Very helpful, would recommend Track days! Especially Jez :)

I have really struggled to book in my driving experience voucher on line. The system to find dates and locations is not very user friendly. I accepted that I needed to pay extras but at checkout more extras were added doubling the cost. If you then press back from the checkout it adds the same again into the basket that you can't edit - a very frustrating process. 1 star for the website.
Today I called to get help booking. Jez saved the day and got me booked in. He was very friendly and efficient, thank you!

Placed an order online for some vouchers and did have a small issue downloading them. Phoned and spoke to Alison who couldn't have been more helpful. Emailed the vouchers while I was on the phone as I said they where for a present. Then 5 minutes later sent them again as she said this was a better format for printing. Will use this company again!!

The team here will do everything to make your day feel both safe but exciting. The co-piots are all very friendly and reassuring but have a depth of knowledge about the cars and more so how to drive them. They encourage you to push your own limits and get the most out of your experience. The fast laps are amazing, but I’d recfomend the Atom!!! All in all this was just one of the best days entertainment!

I had great difficulty in booking a date for my driving experience - not confirmed until April 2022 for a drive in May even though the voucher was bought in July 2021. However, the voucher was valid for 14 months and I had no difficulty in speaking to helpful people at Trackdays to help with the situation.

Received a voucher for F1 ride for my birthday and was trying to book the experience for months as I could only go on the weekend due to work. However there was no dates available at all. My voucher was about to expire and I contacted the customer service and Natalie was able to extend my voucher by 3 more months so I could book a date for the experience (apparently this experience doesn't start till the spring)... Natalie was very helpful and sorted the issue within 10-15 min. Great service 5 stars

I got a track rally experience for my 40th. And at first after redeeming the voucher we heard nothing. We contacted the Track day team & we got Dennis who looked after booking this experience. He did exactly what he said he’d do, booking me a date & did it in the time frame window he said he would. Very professional & clear in what he was telling me. An asset to the team there. I had tried to book a track day as a present and something had gone wrong. I have spent all day going back and forth between my bank and the trackdays company. Finally managed to get down to the bottom of it thanks to Dennis, Natalie and a few others. Dennis even made up a copy of what the voucher would look like, so i could give the "voucher" to the birthday boy. A big thank you and will be using these again. Exceptional customer service. The problem wasnt a fault of theirs, just a minority glitch thing that rarely happens. But each and every member of staff I spoke to today was professional and super helpful. Again, especially Dennis and Natalie for going above and beyond with what they did for me.

My original booking got cancelled due to Covid-19 which was totally understandable as the country was in lockdown. However Lucy at Trackdays efficiently transferred my booking to a new date last weekend. The supercar drive was fantastic, I had an excellent time. All was very covid-safe on the actual day too. 5 STARS and thank you to all involved.

Website was easy to navigate, however after booking an experience day I were emailed explaining they couldn’t find cars for the particular day I chose. Dan sorted me out a new venue with better cars, and even added an extra car and photo package for free as it’s my partner’s 21st on that day. Absolutely amazing customer service, he even found the latest time to book us onto as it’s a 3 hour drive for us to get there, I cannot credit this man or the company enough, 10/10 and would highly recommend!!

This was a great day with No Limits. Due to the lockdown in England they managed to bring Mallory forward so it could happen before the lockdown. The administration to make that happen and move the multitude of riders around to please everyone couldn't have been easy.. Movie car experience: Very professional driving experience with safety briefing and good instructors. The movie cars look great... but only from afar. Don't look too close as all of them are not in a good shape, minor damages, parts missing, broken windscreens, seat belts not working, speedos not working. General Lee is the wrong year Dodge Charger so doesn't look genuine. VERY disappointed by the in-car filming I paid extra for. Poor resolution, bad quality cameras with wires just dangling down. Track and face cameras only worked in KITT, face camera filmed on its side in Smokey and the Bandit Pontiac, upside down in General Lee, and none of the cameras worked in the A-Team van. Videos contain a logo overlay so you can't just flip them around. Insist on bringing your own suction cup cameras if you care about having a video of your experience.
