If it wasn’t for Bal i wouldn’t be sat here with a massive smile on my face she made me learn to not only drive but believe in myself. Bal is always on time for lessons & is always very honest with every intention of getting you test ready. Bal has reassured me when i needed in in my lessons and also been firm but polite when I’ve needed it. I would 100% recommended Bal.

Bal is a brilliant driving instructor she is firm but fair as she has a passion to excel in her career and she really helped me gain confidence in my driving. She was always on time for my lessons and always had a pleasant manner about her. *1st time pass** Bal is more than just a driving instructor, she is someone that truly cares about her students and wants the best for them. I have avoiding learning to drive after a car accident and had tried two other instructor over the years but I could not get over my fear of being on the road. Bal has the perfect mindset to teach people and give them confidence. She is so patient but also isn’t happy for you to waste your money taking unnecessary amounts of lessons as some instructors do, she really will get the best out of you. I’m going to miss her amazing outlook on life every week but will forever be greatful

Bal has to be the best driving instructor you could ever find (I would know because I have had 5 before her)! It’s funny to even call her that because over such a short time she became my friend and life coach! I would have never gained the confidence to drive let alone drive by myself on the motorway to Snowdon and back if it wasn’t for Bal. She puts tremendous effort in her teaching and her teaching style is clear, humorous and full of catchy phrases that play in your head even when you’re driving by yourself. She does not believe in wasting your money if she feels that you don’t need her guidance anymore. I cannot thank her enough for making me such a confident driver.

Bal is not only your driving instructor, she is much more. I feel my life was always missing a Bal in it!! I was a new learner to Bal straight after lockdown and My test was already booked and i didn’t want to change it, she made sure that if I put the work in she would too. She was persistent with me, making sure I knew where my faults were and did not stop until they were perfect. My test was this morning and like she never doubted, I passed. I’m so grateful for her and her time and although I’m glad I have passed I’m honestly going to miss my lessons with Bal. not just an instructor but a friend. 100% recommended and 100% confidence you will never regret your choice. Bal was the best of the bunch I previously had two other instructors but once I found bal I knew she was the one she was calm but decisive in her instructions she becomes more than an instructor you can tell she really cares I was very nervous when I came across to her and she installed a confidence in me even on my test I had her voice in my head along any parts that would be a difficult section in my test would highly recommend for anyone like my self who have self so long avoiding getting behind a steering wheel
