Best driving instructor in Belfast! Mark made me feel at ease from my first lesson, he’s so calm and really works to build your confidence. He’s an excellent teacher, knows his stuff inside out, and will make sure you’re totally prepared to pass your test. Even manages to make lessons a bit of craic (well at least he tries!). Can’t thank Mark enough for helping me get my licence and actually making the process of learning to drive enjoyable!

Neil was a fantastic instructor, he is a natural and put me at ease on my first lesson I was very nervous being in my 30s, he had me on the road first lesson too!! I passed my test first time and this was due to Neil and his excellent work, he had me ready for any route and any possible issue that could arise. Neil was amazing in that if I was just having an off day, he would fully understand. I am very lucky to have found the best possible driving instructor who taught me from day one, is not over bearing, very patient and understanding with a bit of chat along the way. I could not recommend him highly enough, thank you Neil, you changed my life and I'm absolutely loving driving!!!

Mark was a terrific driving instructor. He was very helpful and positive from the first lesson. This was great as I was feeling pretty nervous about driving when I first set out. The lessons were well structured and Mark ran a few mock tests. I found them particularly useful as they helped me to prepare for the routes the examiner uses whilst giving me a clearer understanding of the style of the test. It was a great car to learn in too. It has a number of features that made driving easier when starting out. Eg. an automatic handbrake and a reversing camera. Thanks again!

With having a bad experience of having lessons in a manual car 6yrs ago I give up with the driving and thought it wasn’t for me. Until I thought of learning in Automatic and found Top Marks back in 2020 and thought I’d give it another shot, I am so grateful for the patience that Mark had throughout every lesson. He put me at ease from the very start… as I was a very nervous/anxious Learner. But my confidence grow rather quickly and I have had the best driving experience/lessons with the best driving instructor to push me to where I needed to get to and passed first GO!!! I couldn’t highly recommend any other driving instructor. Thank you for everything, I am forever grateful for the patience that you had to be able to teach me from day 1.

I recently passed my driving test and I have my driving instructor Neil to thank for this. I practically knew nothing about how to drive before my lessons with him but he was able to teach me and give instructions that I don't forget while driving today. After a lesson he would always tell me in what way I was improving as well as what I would need to work on. The lessons worked really well and they were made clear and were always effective. Hi, I enjoyed with Neil learning my car driving here in Belfast. The way of explaining the driving skills and his owned experience in manuover helped me alot to pass my driving test in single attempt. I have not seen the instructor like Neil who has awesome command and experiences in teaching the driving lessons. In person, Neil is very helping and cooperative personality who always willing to help as much he can to pass the test. I would highly encourage if anyone wants to pass their driving test in single attempt please consider the Neil. For my case I took around 15 - 18 driving classes and got my UK permanent license. I wish Neil all the very best with good health and every success in his career. Thank you.

Used Top Marks for my lessons and couldn’t recommend their service enough! Instructor Mark was super patient, eased the nerves with humor, and gave pointers that were easy to remember during exam like sequence of looking in the mirror, where to turn at roundabouts, real life examples and other useful tips. Gave great feedback on what was going well and what to improve on. There was also a mock test prep to help you get a feel of how ready you are for the big day which helped so much in me passing with 2 minors!

If you're looking for automatic driving lessons, this is the place! I did my driving lessons with Neil and passed my test on the first go. Neil was incredibly informative of the driving routes I might have on test day and made sure I had practice of them all multiple times. He's very knowledgeable of the rules of the road, test routes and everything that is needed to assure a pass at first attempt. Preparing for this exam can be a pain in the neck and nerve wrecking, but Neil's friendly and patient demeanour helped me through the process.
