After being apprehensive about coming back to driving after a long break Andy quickly put me straight at ease, he was patient and friendly throughout lessons! Learning with Really Good Driving School was easy and professional, Andy is laid back and his teaching methods were far superior, would definitely recommend to anyone for first time pass, thanks Andy !!

I had Kevin as my driving instructor and I could not have passed my test without him! I highly recommend him as he had helped me boost my confidence levels and giving helpful advice throughout my lessons. I had a previous driving instructor before however, I decided to change to really good driving school where I was taught further by Kevin and I was told how to drive safely and how to do things correctly on the roads. If you're looking to book lessons with him I highly recommend, great experience and Kevin really takes his time and patience with you. He has a great sense of humour which always puts you at ease!

My driving instructor was Kevin, he was a lovely man, with a great sense of humor, that always put me at ease. He explained things thoroughly and clearly, and I have now FINALLY passed my test, after only 10 lessons with him!

Excellent! I had sought recommendations from friends and Really Good Driving School was one of the recommendations. From the initial contact with Andy I was confident I had made the right decision about which driving school to go for; communication from Andy was far superior to other driving schools I contacted. Email communication with Andy was friendly, professional and he understood my requirements (I have mild dyslexia and I am dyspraxic) and as such he recommended Brett as my instructor. My first lesson was free, and it's possible to book in blocks of ten lessons. Brett is a very experienced instructor who is friendly, professional, patient and encouraging; I cannot recommend him highly enough! I would highly recommend Really Good Driving School and in particular Brett as an instructor. Thank you for getting me to test success! :)

Having had driving lessons from other instructors in the past and some gaps during my time learning to drive, I was a bit anxious about the prospect of starting over again with a new instructor. Brett was very friendly and welcoming from the outset however, and immediately put me at ease during lessons. Passed my driving test today with Graeme at Really Good Driving School. I was extremely lucky to have Graeme as my instructor. From day one Graeme put me at ease. Graeme didn't only just teach me to pass a test, but to drive in a safe and considerate manner to other road users. Each step was taken with attention to detail, linking the theory with practical driving. He was extremely patient and would calmly go through any aspect of driving i struggled with without ever making me feel like the questions i were asking were silly. His policy was ‘if you don’t ask you’ll never know’ After each lesson, a progress update was given which allowed us to identify any weak points to work on, on the next lesson. Haven taken the decision to change to another driving school recently I was delighted when Really Good Drving School were able to take me onto their books. In the 3 lessons that I have had with Brett I have more knowledge and driving skills than what I ever had with my old instructor. Having had a poor experience with a well-known UK brand, I opted to take a risk and went local with Really Good Driving School. I was not disappointed! I had Kevin as my driving instructor for an intensive course of 30 hours over four weeks. If you are an older age learner, I cannot recommend the school enough. Kevin's teaching style was not only to develop my driving technique, but also explain the reasoning behind these techniques. As a result, I was able in short order to have the knowledge and skills to make my own decisions on the road, and not have to rely on the instructor for guidance. After four weeks of training with Kevin, I passed first time with two minor faults. I highly recommend this school, but in particular Kevin, to anyone wanting to become a competent and decisive driver.
