Paul taught my nervous driver daughter for her lessons & was beyond amazing. He managed to make into an aware, confident & capable driver. He was her second teacher & thanks to him she passed!! I only wish we had Paul from the start …. Lovely man & great teacher!

Just finished learning and passed my test this week, with just 1 Minor, thanks to Paul. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. I drove with Mark for many lessons, often with a telling off for making silly mistakes followed by conversations of the most disgusting things we'd seen online! Mark is absolutely the most patient instructor, he really breaks things down to make it easier to understand as well as giving us acronyms and abbreviations to really cement the manoeuvres. It was a delight to learn with Mark and i would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to drive of any ability..you won't regret it! i was unsuccessful in my first test but Mark was ready for me to come back and try again, passing on my second attempt with 3 minors so not bad at all! thankyou for the wild..but safe..ride into driving!

I worked with Mark since the middle of May and he’s been such a great instructor to me, being the main reason I was able to pass first time were his two main phrases of keep back and stay out of trouble and stick to the left unless said otherwise made it so easy to remember the basics. Would recommend highly!

I recommend Mark West as a drving instructor. Be helped me gain confidence in my drving, as I had no confidence before hand, he is a nice guy. He will help you through your mistakes and explain what you did wrong and how to improve. I 10/10 recomend.

Which with the recent backlog due to the pandemic is vital because I might not have been able to get another test for a couple months, but thanks to Mark I passed first try with only 5 minors, I highly recommend the pass master team as you will receive a high standard of service with great value for your money! :)
