Mark was my driving instructor and I can’t rate him enough. It was a long road with me and under his tutelage we got there. He was extremely patient, thorough and knowledgable as well as being a really nice person! He also came highly recommended as loads of my friends and family also passed with him. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Mark enough, he is an excellent instructor and a really nice guy. I was under a lot of pressure to pass my test due to needing a license for work, and with huge COVID waiting times it was crucial for me to pass first go. With Mark’s instruction I had the skills and confidence to overcome the nerves and get the result I needed. 5* for Mark and Insight Driving.

I can’t recommend Mark enough. As a nervous driver I absolutely hated driving lessons and was very shaky but Mark has been patient, kind and all round amazing whilst teaching me. I’ve just passed my test and I can honestly say I don’t think I’d have done it without him! The most professional but down to earth instructor you’ll find. My instructor from Insight Driving School was fantastic. They were very calm and always explained things clearly which really helped me to not be nervous whilst driving. Just passed my test! Never thought it would happen, especially not with zero faults. Failed twice before with a different instructor. Mark is on another level. He's clear with his instructions, really patient when you make mistakes, and has an air of calm about him that rubs off on you. He's quiet at first, but I realised it's just to let you focus and learn. Once you're comfortable in the car he can talk all day. Hats off to Mark, couldn't have done it without him.

Due to being a nervous wreck I had failed my driving test six times with another instructor before I met Mark. After a few lessons with Mark my driving skills was improved dramatically where I was able to pass my driving test with four minor. Mark is a fantastic driving instructor, by far the best. Mark gave me the tools needed to pass 1st time which I am elated about. He explains everything in detail and dissects every mistake explaining where you went wrong and how you can improve, which is important. He shows patience, and a keenness to motivate you as a driver encouraging you to go at your own pace and not to rush. Every driving lesson is a test which is good because it prepares you for the actual practical test. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling to find a good driving instructor to contact Insight and ask for Mark. Mark is an absolute diamond guy. My driving lessons with mark have been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He is super cool super calm and very professional. I highly recommend him. After going through two instructors I was losing faith in finding a decent driving school. However after the first lesson with Mark I drove better than I ever had. He was super patient and calm. Not once did he shout which I had experienced with the other instructors. He was very encouraging and helped me build my confidence and hence pass my test. His rates are slightly more than some other schools out there but it is worth it. For example, he has an iPad tool which allows you to create different driving scenarios bringing explanations to life as it is much easier to visualise. Professional, punctual and a well looked after car that was a dream to drive. These are the best ingredients to pass your test.

I’ve been learning to drive with Mark and successfully passed my test on my 1st attempt getting only 6 minors today. Mark is a fantastic instructor, he is professional, helpful and reliable. He has an outstanding knowledge of driving and even though I have fears he made me focus on the task at hand and get a driving license. I've been living half time in London, half up north. I'd never learnt to drive at age of 40something and then got a full time job out of London so needed to learn to drive urgently. I started doing lessons with one instructor out of London who was terrible. When I was back in London I found Mark and Dean at Insight via Google. I had Mark for a couple of hours and mainly Dean. They were both very calm instructors, gave very clear instruction and whilst they didn't constantly talk they also didn't sit in silence the whole time which for me is ideal. Dean is also very very good at keeping in touch re arranging / rearranging lessons and to give advice especially on Whatsapp. Dean managed me to get rid of my bad habits I'd picked up from the initial instructors. During my next time period up north I found another instructor who taught in a very similar way to Dean and I've just taken my test and passed first time. All this was in the space of about 2 months. I am so grateful to Dean and Mark at Insight. I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't recommend Dean highly enough! After failing my test 10 years ago then never bothering to try again until now, I really needed some reassurance and he built up my confidence and driving skill so well; he is an incredibly patient, understanding and professional driving instructor. If it wasn't for Sakeera I would have never been able to pass 1st time with only 1 minor. She always catered my lessons around my availability and tailored each lesson to what i had struggled with in the previous lesson. She is very patient and clearly explains each mechanic of driving.
