I passed my test today and I am so happy. It has not been an easy journey due to covid but my Instructor CARLY was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend her and i had already recommended her to my friends even before i passed my test and they have started lessons with her and love it already. Carly is so patient and is an amazing teacher. She is the most genuine instructor that i have had. She doesn't just teach you to pass your driving test, but she prepares you to drive for even after you pass, which not a lot of instructors do. Its been a long journey and Carly has encouraged me so much so I just wanted to say thank you so much again.

I was very reluctant to start driving just the thought of it made me nervous. However it got to the point where driving would help me with day to day life so I bit the bullet and booked lessons with the amazing Ade.I was so nervous and had zero confidence, but Ade changed all of that. I wanted to take the time to give my feedback on the experience I had with my driving instructor Harry Singh. Yesterday I passed my practical driving test and was absolutely delighted! Under Harry's tuition, I gained the confidence I needed to pass; this was all down to his patience, understanding and ability to connect with my needs. I started from January and I had exactly 32 hours of practical driving lessons, until I passed my test first go yesterday. The driving instuctor I had was Sam, his way of teaching was really comprehensive and straightforward so within 20 hours all I had to learn was completed. In 12 hours I tried to perfect my driving preparing for the test. Test was calm and easy rather than me feeling anxious. I only done 3 minors which was a great success for me considering I have never ridden even a bicycle before. Overall had a really good experience with instructor Sam who's very passionate, polite and made driving so much easier, fun and joyful. Definitely worth it!

Passed my test after learning with Ade, who has been the most helpful and patient instructor. Having previously learned with someone else of a different driving school but felt it was not for me, I can say Ade's patience and her friendly approach will definitely help even the most nervous learner. Also she made sure to pin point and correct any bad habits I might have when learning, some 'small things' that can cost you much in a test, like observations in some situations. I passed my driving test on the first time thanks to my driving instructor Niyaz Mohamed, and could not be happier. After having over 5 previous driving instructors from different driving schools, i never thought i would get the hang of driving or even get a licence. However, my instructor at first time (Carly) changed that. She is motivating and made me feel comfortable on every lesson either when i was still having lessons throughout my whole pregnancy. I passed my driving test today with this company with many thanks to my driving instructor Niyaz Mohamed. After many years with other companies and instrutors failing my test on numerous occasions. Then I met Niyaz and things changed , I would highly recommend this instructor he is a great teacher and he will get you up to test standard quickly. He is patient and extremely professional. He will quickly understand your strengths and weaknesses and work on them in a way you will understand. Each lesson he will ask you what you feel you need to work on and get through each stage of the learning process with you at a pace you are comfortable with. I had 14 lessons and passed my test. Wow , I passed my driving test today with 1st time driving school , after spending £££s with a previous instructor with over 100 lessons who loves to swear all the time , still I failed on the first attempt. I want to thank 1st Time Driving School for assigning Niyaz Mohammed to me. Niyaz is a very good and down to earth instructor , he knows his onions and I would always recommend him any day any time. Niyaz was very patient with me , when I met him , he told me my driving was good but he needed to teach me some safety techniques and how to deal with hazards. Fantastic. A***** Driving School. From when I first called, the phone operator was very helpful and had John (driving instructor) call me back to book lessons tailored to my needs and timeframes. ***** UPDATE - John is now with BSM driving school ***** From the very first day to the last, John was absolutely fantastic. I was very lucky to get him as my first ever instructor.. and he was all that I needed to pass my test first time and within only a few weeks. He was always on time, always reliable, very professional, very charismatic and instantly put me at ease. His teaching abilities are second to none.. He is very patient and has so many good pieces of advice, tips and tricks. I always felt confident driving with him and on the day of my test, and also now 1000 miles later I still feel like a safer driver due to his knowledge and how he helped me to remember all the things. He was always willing to fit me in with extra lessons where he could (although he is very busy!) as I wanted an extra lesson a few days before my test and also on the day before my test. He is a very experienced instructor and knows the system very well.. like I said I passed 1st time and it's all thanks to him. I told him where my test centre was, and all the lessons he took me around all the places and routes where we would be going on the test day, making sure I experienced all the different situations so that I will be familiar if it arises on test day. When I took my test, sure enough it was down all the same roads, junctions and roundabouts that I had been practicing with John beforehand, and so it was second nature. As an added bonus he is a good laugh too.. Very down to earth and very funny. I had a lot of fun learning with him which really helped me to feel comfortable.. but he is also very serious when necessary - the perfect balance. Thanks again John - you are amazing!! This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write because I don't usually write reviews.. But I feel that I have to with him because he goes above and beyond and I think it should be recognised. LEGEND. Worth every penny and 200% recommend to anyone.

Driving instructor took me to driving test with an absolutely flat tire, examiner said it’s not something that has happened just in an hour or so. The test was canceled as car was not safe to use.Instructor refunded the examination fee of £62 and refused to refund my vehicle hire money £80 and said he would take me to next test only if I paid him £27 more. On calling the office they said we cannot do anything it’s between you and instructor.
