Really great company that helped me find a fab instructor ! The app is so useful in tracking my progress and showing my dad how I'm doing (since he's helping me pay for my lessons). He loves it as well being a gadget fiend :) In less than a month of lessons my instructor has gotten me test ready and I'm looking to pass in May! Thanks Midrive ! ***Edit**** I passed my test! So pleased about my MiDrive experience - if you're nervous at all the staff are more than happy to help out as best they can.

Be aware of their terms on refund when you purchase their packages. It is basically not refundable after the first 14 days. In our case, we moved home mid-way through the package, and the lessons has been stopped for a year and a half. Today, I tried to ask for refund for the remaining £700 that are unused, and they refused. They said it is in their terms and conditions. That is fine with me if it was in their terms when I signed up. They should however start reviewing their terms to allow for more flexibility for customers. Just be aware when you sign up. Their instructors and dashboards are OK. Nothing dazzling but fine.

The app was very useful for booking lessons and tracking my progress, the team at the office were very helpful and friendly. I've had a fantastic experience using Midrive and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality and affordable driving instructor.

Highly recommend! Their website and app are great and make it easy to buy lessons. They turned out to be cheaper than what my sister paid to go with RED. My instructor Martin was great and super easy going, feedback and digital lesson reports super helpful. The whole setup was so on point I passed Goodmayes test centre first time through, cheers guys keep up the good work x

I also liked how organised and professional he was about explaining all the aspects we were going to cover and having him writing notes for me on what I had learnt throughout my lesson to revised was really useful. Reginos has taught me for 18 hours now and every lesson I feel like I learn something new. He is very clear is his explanations and always explains things to the fullest, repeating thing if I don't understand. Strongly recommend! I failed twice already at Hither Green with BSM and was almost at the edge of desperation when I bumped into miDrive. And couple days ago I passed after just 10 hours with my instructor Martins - he is such a nice guy, very patient, always smiling, very sharp at pinpointing what I needed to improve the most, and most importantly never shouted once at me like those from BSM would do. I also have to say a big thank you to the help team at miDrive Lottie, Jade and Rich who are all very nice and helpful, and they always responded to my questions/requests very quickly. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with but this experience has been a five star one.

Can't recommend enough. A complicated work schedule left me with only two weeks to prepare. I hadn't been behind the wheel before. Midrive set me up with a great instructor Andy Brown, who was calm, informative, and left me feeling that I got the most out of my time. I also passed! So if you're looking for a company to take your test, look no further.
