W.oblix: View was amazing, food was Ok but not great, I wish We'd done it on a Clearer night or in the daytime using a Virgin day or groupon etc. Definitely not worth what they Charge without a voucher of some kind. That Drink was amazing though, cold pina colada type drink with hot White chocolate foam! lush!
H. S.Amazing place with such a great view. Oblix had a great bar and the food was brilliant. The service we had was also great. The Shard is obviously quite pricey but well worth it!. I've been a few times for dinner and drinks and I've loved it every time. When it's your birthday or an anniversary they make it special for you.
M.Very attentive and polite staff. It's easy to find, in the confirmation email comes instructions for finding the location "How to get there: From London Bridge station turn right into Tooley Street - walk down Tooley Street. At the fourth turning turn right into Shand Street, Continue down Shand Street and Holyrod Street is the second turning on the right (just before the railway bridge) ". You can also get off at the Tooley ST "J" bus stop, then just cross the road and follow the street as given above. The CSCS test questions are the same as in the application.
C. O.I took my driving theory here and despite all the reviews the staff are perfectly friendly even accommodating my very early arrival. Credit is due especially to Rachel who was absolutely lovely, joking around and calming nerves. Professional service.
Covid wise - lots of alcohol gel, hopefully headphones are cleaned regularly.
C. K.A surprisingly very pleasant experience. Particularly the Afro-Caribbean member of staff was a real Diamond, she was so friendly charming and helpful - both before and after the test. The surroundings felt very clean and secure. And I passed the test 😊
A. S.I read some negative comments before showing up here and thought I'd comment. The place is easy to find has bike storage out front and hand sanitiser all over the place.
Staff were abrupt with instructions but not all impolite (they have to tell people this stuff about 100x a day so totally understandable).
Lockers were free, which was great as not always the case, and the person who showed me into the test room was friendly and seemed to be putting everyone who arrived at ease.
There was a good system in place so you feel guided through but if you're the kind of person who doesn't like being told to go to desk 1/2, empty your pockets etc. (a big baby) I can see why people you may feel offended.
F. C.Very nice place. Went for theory test, thought I would be sweating while doing my test but the AC inside the computer room was incredibly cool. Would reccomened to get your test done here. 👍

S.I was nervous after reading negative reviews about employees here and have to say I was very much pleasantly surprised considering employees naturally have to ask you to check pockets, turn off phones and check you haven't written anything down anywhere everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional.

M. C.Not so professional unlike the name. 3 staffs were very friendly. 2 very extremely rude and not service friendly. whilst sitting in a relaxed manner, he gives orders across the room. I think they should test some of the staff before testing the drivers.
I have booked a retest at a different center for another time, hoping that one will be better despite being further away.
