With the lessons I had with him he managed to iron out all the bad habits I had and I managed to pass first time with only one minor! Woke up incredibly early to pick me up at 6:30am on a Saturday morning for my test, which I passed with only 2 minors. I now feel very confident on the road, thoroughly enjoyed my lessons, highly recommend!

J. L.I contacted Pearce quite last minute as I received a practical test booking with only a week’s notice and also had another work exam I was preparing to take. I hadn’t driven manual regularly for a number of years and my previous experience was in the US with fairly different rules and styles. He managed to squeeze me in for four lessons and drove me to the testing centre with some extra practice for the two hours leading up to it. Not only was he super accommodative, worked with my schedule, he was patient and helped me quickly come up to speed on the appropriate techniques, positioning on an unfamiliar side of the road and car, reconditioning my manual techniques and undoing most of my bad habits from 23 years of driving. The practical exam is not easy and yet I managed to pass with Pearce’s guidance and coaching and would not have passed without his lessons. I highly recommend him as an instructor and would suggest reaching out to him well in advance of your practical so you have time to fit in a good amount of practice.
