I worked with this company since May this year and I passed my class 2 in August. The company wasn't to bad in all honestly but the communication was really bad but I understand that the work load they have but comes to a point of when your emailing and ringing them and still getting no answers which is ridiculous. I had a good experience with them maybe only because I got hired through biffa to gain my class two. Would i recommend them to my friends yes and no really Communicating let's them down massively.

Did my online lesson through bootcamp, quality training and tutors were so engaging, answering all questions i might have regarding the training, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Due to work commitment i was able to swap days for training easily, excellent customer service, all my queries regarding the course were answered through email ticket. Overall i had a great experience to the end, i would highly recommend.

I can't believe the other reviews on this. My experience with Mantra has been fantastic. Yes, there's a lot of Teams Training that happens, but it's delivered professionally, and has been very helpful for me on the learning side on the Rigid HGV (car novice to HGV). The trainers that are teaching you on the driving side was excellent also and patient, making sure you understand the vehicle and how to drive it. Passed first time and this is a credit to the Mantra Team. Looking forward to any more future training with them :)

When I'm reading bad reviews then i'm starting to thinking that we were in completely different courses. Good knowledge, given in easy way. I needed to wait a bit for first lessons but after it start it went fast, didn't have to wait long for practice lessons . Good experience!

Waiting list bit long, but highly recommended. Really good staff. Driving instructors are high qualified “truckers”. Receptionist ladies the best!!! Five star!!

I completed my class 1 with them, the process was on the whole painless however their communication is very poor and you have to be flexible with your availability as a result.

Still doing the course with them and its great staff are great, communication could be a little better. But I suppose when you have so many people coming through.
