Quality of driving instruction was very high: things like explaining ideas clearly, tailoring the pace to my ability, giving demonstrations, asking for feedback on areas where I wasn’t confident, showing patience, using innovative techniques like satellite images as study guides for complicated roundabouts, reliable and punctual, etc. Also very personable, which is important when spending so much time together in a confined space! Cars was nice too. Even proactively reimbursed me when I had unused prepaid hours after I had passed. Could not off have had asked for more.
