Turned 17 in December, started having driving lessons with Dean in January. And passed my test first time in mid May. Dean was a friendly face with a good sense of humour who taught me in a way that suited me best. His training and teaching helped me feel relaxed behind the wheel of a car and now I feel fully comfortable on the road. Couldn’t of asked for much more.

I had put off getting my licence for years because I’d been nervous with learning to drive in the past, but Dean’s teaching skill and professionalism put me at ease, so I was finally able to feel confident enough to take my test and pass, which is a huge relief. I’d definitely recommend Dean to anyone who feels hesitant about getting their licence. He takes you through the lessons at your own pace and provides lots of good tips along the way 👍

Highly recommend. Dean was a real professional and very helpful. I have been with instructors that would mainly focus on teaching you how to show the examiner what s/he wants to see. Dean goes beyond test preparation to teach you how to be a good driver, at which point passing the test is merely a by-product.

I would highly recommend, especially Dean! Always kept me up to date with the Covid 19 situation and always very professional, always on time and never cancelled a lesson. Funny guy and helped me feel confident in driving even with the many interruptions throughout my learning experience.

What can I say about Dean and Driven? If I learnt to drive with any other instructor, I would have probably given up after a month. Driving really didn’t come natural to me, my first lesson involved learning how to steer the wheel without making my arms cross like a pretzel. As the weeks and months went on, Dean’s persistence, knowledge and humour carried me through my lessons and after 13/14 months, I passed my driving test. Dean knew how to get the best out of me every lesson and build my confidence from zero to “I feel test ready”. Dean has gone above and beyond any instructor I could have chosen, he has been my chemist if I’ve felt unwell, my part time therapist when I had a bad day at work, he even fixed my glasses with tape when they broke the night before my practical test. I was able to build a great friendship with Dean who made my lessons feel more comfortable which I believe had a massive impact on my confidence behind the wheel. I will forever be grateful for Dean’s patience and ‘can do’ attitude. He was always punctual and never cancelled a lesson. He respected my busy work schedule and would always manage to fit me in his. He really is the best at what he does, I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for everything Dean.

I don't think my driving tuition could have been any better! I knew very little about driving before I started and within half a year I passed my test, first time, with 1 minor. My instructor Dean was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he not only taught me to pass the test, but more importantly taught me to be a good and confident driver. Thanks for everything!

I had lessons with Driven from Jan-March. My instructor was really great, the car was wonderful and I passed first time. They were very accommodating (pick up and drop off locations at different places depending on where I was at the time) and good value for money with the student discount. I really enjoyed my time learning to drive with them and feel like a very confident driver now!

I did an intensive course with Dean after finishing uni, we did 2 hours a day for 4 weeks and I passed my test on the 2nd attempt. Dean was very easy to get along with from the moment I met him and I really enjoyed my time with him. Not only is he fun but he's also a great instructor, he was always trying to help me improve as a driver, never overly critical and took the time to explain things clearly when I made mistakes. He has a wealth of experience and his priority above all is safe driving, which is very apparent when being taught by him. He also has a wealth of funny jokes, ask him for some! April who works at reception and holds the company together was also incredible, always very accommodating including timing my lessons so I didn't miss any of the World Cup which was very appreciated. Driven went above and beyond to ensure that I learnt to drive and I would recommend them to anyone.
