A. S.I've started my driving lessons with Steve about 2 months ago. It was my first time driving, had no knowledge about cars or driving , I'm 33 years old and I'm a foreigner. Steve is amazing as a driving instructor and as a human being, he is patient, professional, calm and very polite and respectful. I did some research online (on YouTube) to see how other driving instructors work and I have realised that Steve's driving standards in regards to driving in a safe and efficient manner are the highest trough comparison. I have no doubt that his son and his daughter, which are driving instructors as well, are at least as good as Steve is , just because he was their instructor.
On Friday 02.10.2020 at approximately 12:00 I did pass my driving exam, first try with only 4 minor faults. My exam was more difficult than I've expected it to be, especially for the fact that the Examiner took me on a route that I've never driven before. This shows how good Steve is as an instructor, I knew exactly what to do on this route even if it was new, because Steve thought me very well how to drive safely and efficiently.
I personally feel that the price per lesson is a bargain considering Steve's standards of teaching and I do recommend Plymouth School Of Motoring to anyone who wants to become a good, safe and efficient driver.

L. C. S.Not all driving instructors are created equal and Steve Venner at Plymouth School of Motoring is in a class by himself. Steve ticked all the boxes when it came to professionalism, honesty and expertise. Wait? Did I say patience? Yes, that too. And, if you are new to driving, you are going to need someone that exercises plenty of patience. But don't worry, Steve has that!
I even received free support for the theory, which made acing my test super easy. You really can't get any better than this. If I had to do it again, I would choose Plymouth School of Motoring in a heart beat. That's the truth.
R. S.Doing lessons with Jamie venner currently... Couldn't recommend him enough. Amazing driving instructor and makes you feel at ease too .I've learnt more so far in 4 lessons then 10 previous with a different instructor.
Booking my test next month after roughly 20 lessons.... I wish I had found this company 10 years ago!!

I really struggled with clutch control and confidence but sure enough within 4-5 months i have passed with only 6 minors.
Couldn't of done it without him.
