I recently came to BlackGold Driving after being with a previous instructor and it was the best decision I could of made. Tahir is amazing at his job, he teaches you everything you will ever need to know and also explains things in the best possible way. You can tell he has a passion for his job and genuinely cares about you and your driving. I couldn't recommend anyone more.

T is a great guy and an even better instructor - he never fails to keep the mood light in the car, but can still constructively let you know what areas you need to improve. No nonsense as an instructor, but very humorous as a person to be in the car with. Can’t recommend enough!

Tahir is easily the best instructor I’ve ever met and I would 100% recommended him to any learners. Genuinely nice guy and really helpful with anything while learning and even goes the extra mile to make you a better driver as a whole. Very reasonably priced as Tahir’s experience and support makes it worth every penny and I don’t think I would’ve passed so quickly with another instructor.

100% would recommend, best instructor going, super patient and kept me motivated throughout .came in with no knowledge of how to drive and I needed to pass my test and in the span of a few months he definitely changed that for me. Lessons with him were enjoyable as he explained things really clearly etc. he not only taught me how to pass a test but also skills that I need for life and really built my confidence up and never once gave up on me and kept me going, highly recommend!!

Tahir is a brilliant instructor. His patience is absolutely endless, and he is always calm, no matter what. He is very dedicated, accommodating and will go the extra mile for his students. I was initially a nervous driver, but he put me at ease, was always encouraging and gave me the confidence I needed to be able to drive and enjoy it. You could not have a better driving instructor than Tahir. I was new to this country so was very naive about the way to approach the driving. He is very calm and friendly. Added extra effort when necessary just to raise my confidence in driving. Passed in the first attempt so very happy about the whole thing. Definitely Reccommended if you want to learn driving.

My brother’s instructor’s car broke down and we were not able to reschedule the test. I asked every driving instructor I could if they had availability but at a single days notice, unsurprisingly, nobody seemed too. My brother would have had to do his test in our old beat up Peugeot 206 but that’s when BlackGold Driving School came through saying they had found an instructor who was available to step in. Massively grateful for the effort put in by BlackGold to come through for us in our time of need (even if the phone operator did have a bit of an attitude). Would recommend them to anyone.

Such a caring and lovely instructor! After having heard amazing recommendations to go with Tahir I booked my first lesson at the beginning of August and just shortly 4 months later I had my driving license. Could not recommend him enough he truly cares about all of his pupils and puts 100% effort into making you a confident and safe driver! To this day when I’m driving if I ever get nervous I think of little things he used to say like “no fear factor” “make a decision” which makes me a much more confident driver! Would highly highly recommend!

After initially starting my lessons with another driving company, who did nothing but mess me around by not turning up and constantly cancelling lessons with 10 mins to spare, a friend recommended BlackGold and I never looked back. Tahir was professional, honest, but most importantly - reliable and on time!! I had 2 tests cancelled because of lockdown but Tahir encouraged me to keep going and I passed my test first time! I can not recommend BlackGold driving school enough, it really is the best!!!

Tahir is the best driving instructor in Preston. After having a previous driving instructor, changing after many many lessons to T was the best decision I made. Always made me feel so comfortable when having my lessons and knew exactly how to teach and help me in order to ensure I passed - and first time! I couldn’t recommend Tahir enough. I firstly started my lessons with another driving school however I was then informed by a friend who had recently passed first time with yourself, how good you was!
