I have passed my test from the first time!! Just wanted to say big thank you for Craig Polles team and a special thank you for Ms Debbie Griffin; such a lovely and professional instructor who is able to identify any points of weakness and fix it in a very decent and simple but professional way. I moved to the UK not long ago and I am relatively new to the driving rules here, however, she was able to guide me to get my license in a very short period of time. I strongly recommend Craig Polles driving school for any learners.

Had Paul lees as my driving instructor since November 2020, great bloke always encouraging me on lessons and calming my nerves. I was told about Craig Polles and was recommended to have lessons with Sara who has been welcoming from the start, has made me feel comfortable and confident. I was fortunate enough to have found Craig Polles Driving School and have Jamie as my instructor. At the beginning of every lesson, Jamie briefed me on the structure of that lesson so that we could address any worries I may have before we got on the road - something which I found very useful. He was very patient and not once did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience whenever I made multiple mistakes. Alongside the rules of the road, Jamie provided me with knowledge I could carry beyond the driving test to ensure that I would be safe when driving by myself. I had to take my test in a city that was bigger and busier than Stoke-on-Trent, however, having been taught by Jamie first made driving in a bigger city less daunting. I passed first time with 1 minor and I could not have done it without him. Thank you!

I can't recommend this driving school enough. My instructor was Joe and i can honestly say the minute i got in the car he made me feel at ease straight away, his instructions during every lesson was clear and i knew where i needed to inprove at the end of each lesson. Joe went out of his way all the time. Valeue for leasons was great as you learn so much from him. During a time that made driving lessons very difficult he kept in contact throughout the pandemic advising thoughout. Thanks so much Joe you've being GREAT

I contacted Craig to do some additional training to pass my ADI part 3 test. The training he gave was very thorough and fully prepared me for the test that I was about to take. He has many words of advice and encouragement to help you develop your own skills further. He has a good sense of humour and at the same time is thoroughly professional. Had a few different driving instructors when I was beginning to learn to drive, I have to say Sam is the most patient and the best instructors I have had, I’m really happy to have had him teach me how to drive safely, hopefully he goes on to teach many others how to drive and get on the road.

Samsul was really good and gave all the information to pass my driving test. I recommend you to who want to learn driving and be a safe driver should go to him. You can not find second one. Josef

Craig was a good driving instructor at the beginning but i wanted to change my lessons from a Monday to a weekend day and he said wait a few weeks i will get back to you and never got back to me so i called him a few times and he never answered which is quite ignorant
