Only fair to leave 5 stars! Nigel is an enthusiastic and friendly instructor, his techniques for manoeuvres ensure you always do them correctly without fail and between you, you will work out what is the most comfortable way for you. When making mistakes he was always calm and patient unlike other instructors I have had previously. I passed first time and couldn’t have done it without Nigel’s teaching!

I've just passed my test on the first attempt thanks to the hard work from Nigel. During lessons he would always take the time to explain to me where I was going wrong, and how to fix those issues. It was a long waiting time when we first to book some lessons with him, so we went with another instructor, it didn’t work well, then we asked Nigel again, We were so happy that Nigel managed to book us in after a short wait. We should wait at the first time, we could save so much time and money. Nigel is really professional, he always make full use of the lessons, never waste any moment. Was able to pass first time after coming to driving at a later age. Nigel had very clear steps on how to perform each manoeuvre and would always ask what I wanted to work on in each lesson meaning I could focus on elements I was unsure about. He was also very willing to talk through any questions I had and used visuals which made me feel more confident tackling new challenges. He was also very flexible with timings which meant I could work around my job.

Excellent communication right from my first enquiry about lessons. Simple process of booking and paying. From the first time meeting Nigel, he put me at ease with his calm attitude and professional manner. I expected my first lesson to be a nerve wracking experience but Nigel made me feel completely relaxed while talking me through the basics and cracking the occasional joke. As lessons progressed, I was able to use my own car which was exactly what I wanted. I then went on to pass in my own car. I had lessons with 2 other instructors and never felt like I was ever able to learn how to drive. I was very nervous when I started my lessons with Nigel. However he quickly changed that. He's patient,funny, knowledgeable and actually teaches you how to drive not just how to pass your test. So if hill starts give you nightmares and reversing makes you want to cancel your lessons, book your lesson with Nigel instead :)

cant reccomend Nigel enough, great instructor who works at your individual pace and skill level.
