Hem has been a fantastic instructor, and because of his expertise, I was able to pass first time. Hem has enabled me to be a confident and safe driver. His lessons implemented life long skills of safety, and I am so glad that I chose A star driving school as my driving school to learn how to drive with. I would recommend Hem, and his driving school to every single person regardless of age. Hem caters for all people, even those who are hesitant behind the wheel. Thank you so much Hem!

Hame is one or the best driving instructors you can get for the pinner test center. Can tell he really wants the best for you and is passionate about teaching because it shows in his lessons. Definitely straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush when raising issues and concerns with driving which is very helpful. I went to Astars after previously failing 2 tests with other instructors and I passed first time. Definitely recommend, very passionate and it shows!

A big thank you to my instructor Mr. Hemantha he is very patient, understanding, professional and good motivator. Very friendly and day by day he will correct all the mistakes you make and tell you the way to overcome them very easily. He will not only teach you to pass your driving test but to be a good driver. I honestly cannot recommend A-Stars Driving school, particularly Hem, enough! I passed my practical test recently and could not have done it without him. He explains all aspects of driving so thoroughly and clearly, making sure you understand. Even if he has to go through it 50 times, he would because he is so patient, considerate and understanding. If there is weak area that needs working on, he will make sure you overcome it and become confident in it within the next couple lessons. You will cover most if not all test routes for experience. Always punctual, listens to your needs, honest but reassuring, simply not a bad word to say. If you’re looking to pass, look no further because you’re in the right place!

I went to Astars through my friend recommendation was so fortunate to get Hem & Alan as my instructor.Many thanks to them not only for helping me to pass my test but for teaching attitude of good driver along with great practical tips and techniques required for safe driving .They are very knowledgeable ,professional and punctual. They have great patience.I used to make lot of mistakes during my lessons .They identified it and helped me correcting it with their effective techniques and guidance.They did not let me go away with it until I corrected it.The best part is you can ask them same questions 100 times until you are not cleared.They never get annoyed and will make sure you understand the subject thoroughly.The whole lessons were very informative and fun that I used to look forward for it.I would highly recommend them and learners will definitely pass if they listen and apply their advice and guidance.

Astars is a very reliable and trust worthy school in your journey towards completing the driving license process in the UK. My personal experience of learning for the Manual driving license with Hemant was a great experience. Hemant was extremely patient, understanding and clear in his instructions. He was able to adapt the learning process based on my international driving experience. I passed my test in the first time with 0 faults. Whenever I did something wrong or did not recognise signs, my instructor Hem was always explaining why it is not correct and what I should be doing. Hem is a fantastic driving instructor. After trying manual lessons with a different company and found out it wasn’t for me. I found Astars Driving School. I will recommend Hem and Astars to all who are looking to learn behind the wheels and wants to pass the driving test at first go. If you think why I sound so confident, the reason being simple. To start from planning: After the first trial run, you will expect a thorough analysis on all the areas/ gaps where you need improvement ( even if you are not driving for the first time) then you get a detailed charter, if needed till the day of your exam date. Then during the training session, I found him very detailed where he replays in theory what went wrong. The way he trained to cover all the areas was so well placed / timed, that showed his experience in this field. Needless to say I got to pass on my first attempt and the conments I received from the examiner, on some liytle areas to improve was already known to me as was exactly highlighted by Hem. I will say start your training and once done then let me know if I was wrong.

It was an amazing experience with A Star as a first time driver they guide through everything one need to learn about UK roads. I got my licence on my first test itself. He is patient and explains how to avoid mistakes than talk about the mistakes made. He is very calm and helped me to remain calm while driving.

Hem is a great instructor teaches very well I just did 25 Hours and PASSED 1st time on my practical test I highly recommend him if your looking for an instructor!
