Can't recommend enough ! Arul is a patient, considerate instructor who went above and beyond to get me ready for my test - I had used a few other instructors prior to this and Arul was by far the best. He gives great feedback and clear instructions in a way that always made me feel comfortable and at ease behind the wheel. I am an experienced driver but before getting my UK driving licence, I thought it was a good idea to take some driving lessons from Arul. Indeed, I took 3 hours of driving classes with him and those hours helped me pass my driving test in my first trial. Arul is very helpful, decent and approachable. He is an expert in his job and is capable of giving constructive feedback during the lessons, which are much appreciated. Thank you Arul! I'd recommend him eyes closed to anyone who is trying to get their driving licence.

I had six 1.5 hour lessons with Arul prior to my practical test and I couldn't recommend him enough. He is really calm and instills confidence in you and is easy to talk to whilst explaining things really well with good explanation. He is an excellent instructor with a keen eye for detail. He also has extensive knowledge of local test routes and if you are thinking of learning on automatic then Arul should be your first option. For reference I also had lessons with an instructor who lives on my road, a few with my parents, and 2 with BSM (before my instructor got covid hence why I found Arul) and the difference between them and Arul is light and day. If you want to be a great, confident, driver then AutoGears is the best option!!

Arul is an amazing instructor and gives you great training and tips to pass the test in first go. He gives good feedback during the lessons and also smart tips to rectify the errors. Arul I can’t thank you enough for helping me to pass my test...He is one of very few driving instructors who prepare you for the test along with working on your driving skills. Most of the instructors are just after milking money from their students and don’t prepare you enough for the test and I have been through it many times. He is very patient and gives you a lot of confidence while driving. He will make sure if you have really understood what he is saying by going through it many times with you...Very accommodating in adjusting the times of the lesson...evenings, weekends or after work. Arul has been an amazing instructor, i passed with only one minor! After a bad experience with another instructor i was really nervous as i didnt have long before my test. Arul instantly put me at ease as he is so patient and informative, constantly asking you about signs you see, speed changes etc. Arul spent time going over the maneuvers and made sure i was confident with the reference points. Arul is the best driving instructor I've ever had. Coming from me, that's a big statement because I've probably had 4 driving instructors.. Wisbech, London, Portsmouth, and now Watford. I've had an interesting journey regarding my driving. I did 7 manual tests and 1 automatic test prior to meeting Arul. I've been trying to pass for 13 years.. With no luck. After my first lesson with Arul, we quickly realised that i couldn't drive 😂 after 25 hours of driving with him.. I did my 9 test but I failed due to poor planning. We did an extra 3 hours and worked on my planning. I passed. My 10th time but my last time. He is very firm, he makes you analyse yourself after every lesson, so that you know what to do better next time. He gives clear instructions and directions - that can be easily applied and he is very straight to the point. Literally the best driving instructor ever. 🙏🏾 I passed 🥰
