Mark is a fantastic driving instructor who helped me pass first time. His knowledge, calmess and clarity in all lessons made me feel confident behind the wheel and confident that I was fully prepared going into the test. I would storngly recommend him to anyone wanting to learn how to drive!

Best driving instructor EVER! I have passed my driving test first time and all the credit should go to Mark. I don’t know how he manages to stay so calm and patient all the time, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and can’t recommend him enough!!

Mark was such a good instructor and I passed 1st time. He was able to pass along so much knowledge during lessons, with a calm yet reassuring tone. Lessons were extremely easy to arrange, and were flexible around time and place if needed. His car is also well suited to a wide range of people and was extremely comfortable for me at 6' 10''. There really is nothing that I can fault!

Mark is a very good instructor. Experienced, calm and patient. He has a great method of teaching his students where he tailors each lesson to the ability of the student whilst focusing on the areas where they most need to improve. Mark did not just teach me to drive, he always focused on preparing me for my test by teaching me in detail what the examiner will be looking for and what I should expect. Best driving instructor that I could have asked for!!!! Mark has a calming manner which will really help if you are a nervous driving like me. He is reliable and is always on time. As I got closer to my practical test, Mark focused on what I felt I was worst at and reassured me that I could do it. He breaks down each part of driving into small steps, which are easy to understand and means you can go through everything methodically. Mark is really patient and understanding. If you want to learn how to become a safe and confident driver, look no further. Mark was the best driving instructor I have ever had. After a couple of bad experiences with other instructors, Mark made me feel comfortable behind the wheel again. He explains the rules of the road clearly, calmly and in a way you as individual would understand. What was really important for me was he always made sure I got my money worth out of each lesson. Mark also taught my twin brother (who passed first time thanks to him) and I can say with confidence that we not only learnt how to drive but enjoyed every minute of it. He communicates clearly, he’s willing to discuss anything at length, and takes all the time necessary to provide you with the understanding you need. As well as being supportive, he’s flexible, receptive to your concerns, and will use the lesson time to suit your specific needs and provide the best possible guidance and practice. His wealth of knowledge and experience is evident in the many great tips he will share to help you develop good, safe technique. He prepared me well for the exam conditions –including my theory- and provided lots of useful input based on his observations of my driving. Stop where you are! My first and only recommendation is that you use Mark as your (or your child’s) driving instructor. Mark helped prepare me with the key fundamentals in order for me to pass my test first time and has just begun teaching my sister. He is highly skilled in his job and was extremely patient with my numerous blunders. My Brother and his friends have had Mark, I started my lessons on June 25th, ended up doing 14 hours of lesson and managed to pass on October the 17th. Totally recommend for manual driving lessons! Also such a lovely car to drive to drive, can’t forget how lovely he is and a great laugh! Good price as well. Overall 10/10. Very professional, Always on time and flexible with his hours.

Mark is a brilliant teacher, if you want a calm environment to learn in but effective results TopMarks is great for you. I passed with Mark after having troubles before hand with my driving lessons and found mark to be a good teacher and also the apps he provides are really easy and understandable to use and FREE! Also mark really helped me with my theory tests and new learning about the roads which you won’t get with many other instructors! Couldn’t recommend more :)
