Ahmed is an incredibly gifted driving instructor. I came to him after changing instructors 3 times and found his teaching to be superior. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout lessons taking his time to teach basics and simplifying the process of driving. Ahmed managed to help me overcome my bad habits and genuine fear of driving and replace it with confidence. I enjoyed every single lesson with him and have learnt skills that will serve me for life. Thankyou so much to Ali Driving School and to my instructor Ahmed, because of him I passed first time today! I had a previous instructor with a different company who I did not feel confident with at all and picked up a lot of bad driving habits. I couldn’t recommend Ahmed enough, from start to finish he was professional and supportive. My test was initially booked for June however I was luckily enough to get a early start date. With only 4 days notice Ahmed was there he appointed sessions every day and ensured I was ready to sit my test we sampled test routes and I can definitely say I was confident throughout my test. With only 11hrs of practical he got me through with a first time pass. He’s honest and aware of your strengths and is able to turn your weaknesses into positives. His energy is shown through the way he teaches and shows he’s passionate about his students. I will definitely be recommending him to others. Thank you for everything and wishing you all the best!

Ali Driving School was by far the best driving instructors I have had. Ahmed in particular was brilliant. After my first lesson, Ahmed was able to identify the weaknesses I had in my driving and his through his meticulous teaching methods, he was able to iron these out fairly quickly. IF YOU WANT TO PASS QUICK, THIS IS THE SCHOOL FOR YOU! honestly had the best driving experience with A.L.I Driving school than I ever gotten anywhere else. My instructor Junaid was excellent, very motivating and patient. I would like thank ALI Driving School where I got excellent training for my test. My instructor Mr Ahmed covered test routes and more importantly ins and out of proper car driving. I have had the fortune to be trained by Ahmed who I can confidently say made the whole process an overall success. I highly recommend ALI driving school !!! They are the most professional and quality driving school in London. I've had previous instructors before but ALI driving school is above all of them. It was a very good experience of learning with ALI driving school. There was a point that after I had experienced couple of bad instructors, I decided to give up driving. But this school was recommended to me by a sweet friend who passed her test with them. I trusted her words and I am glad that I took the right decision. The teaching style is so good (excellent) and I passed my test with them in first attempt. My instructor Ahmed gave me all the confidence and also encouraged me to learn from my mistakes and correct them at the same time. Ahmed is an excellent instructor, I hadn't taken lessons for more then 10 years. After driving for 30 mins he picked up my bad habits and mistakes which my previous instructor never picked up. Highly recommend A.L.I Driving School Ahmed was my driving instructor I have taken many lessons and many tests my dream of passing my driving test had just shattered despite changing many instructors until I met Ahmed from A.L.I Driving school. I've had a horrible driving experience with two other individuals from SLM driving school, either they couldn't give me the time and manage schedules properly or they simply were after my money, all of my lessons seems to have been a waste of time and a lot of money. As I've found ALI driving school through the recommendation of a friend, I was shocked at how much the other driving school had destroyed driving and how dangerous it was for me to be on the road. Realising that I had to wipe my old driving, ALI driving school have done an amazing job at getting rid of my old dangerous driving, fixing my bad habits and implemented a new style of that is safe and suits the road. Teaching methods at ALI driving school is simply outstanding, there's always a refeecnce for performing a task! It is very methodical, and has a very logical and creative approach. Driving and references are given based on needs and there's always help you can receive with creating new ones. Overall, ALI driving school is an amazing company to go for .I highly recommend this if it is your first time or if you think other driving schools just isn't doing the job. The hours I've put in with Ali was all worth my money, not a single wasted and have always managed to learn something new. This is why it's rated as one of the best in the area, not a single dissatisfied student as I have seen so far! My instructor was Ahmed. BEST driving school they got back to me within 24hrs and allocated me an instructor. Colin was my instructor, he was patient, very informative and most of all a great instructor. He took me through the basics and before I knew it I had the confidence to go onto main roads. Every lesson he challenged me to something new making sure I was maintaining the skills I had already learned. My lessons were always calm and relaxed and he was completely reliable. It was great taking driving lessons from A.L.I. I started my lessons with Mr Ahmed and he was really understanding and helped me gain the basics of driving. He even helped me with the theory test questions during my lessons.When my schedules became tight, he even arranged a different instructor Ms Hamida who worked with me for the rest of my lessons. She really gave me the confidence to drive and always gave me proper guidance when i made mistakes. She always stuck to her schedules and never cancelled on me which I really appreciate. With the proper guidance from both the instructors I was able to pass my practical driving test on the first go with only 2 minor faults. It was Ms Hamida who understood how many lessons that was required for me to pass the test and accordingly i took around 30 lessons to sucessfully pass my test.

I can’t recommend ALI driving school enough. I passed first time with 3 minors on the new driving exam format in Goodmayes! Too long Didn’t Read Review summary: ALI driving school is extraordinary and easily one of the best, if not the best driving school in London and the UK. What truly differentiates ALI driving school are its instructors. It’s not just a one man show where its just one specific instructor that is great and the rest are average. They are all highly trained experts displaying excellent mannerisms and are very approachable - the latter of which is something that should not be overlooked. Before joining up with Ahmed from ALI driving school, I had a previous instructor with whom I took more than 10 lessons. I felt that the previous instructor wasn’t for me as i often found that a lot of my lessons would go to waste filling up petrol and parking on the sides of roads talking about non-driving related stuff. It was easily eating up a considerable amount of lesson time. Not only that, but i felt sort of restricted in what I could ask, as if there was a barrier between myself and the previous instructor as i felt i couldn’t approach him with all of the questions I had due to embarrassment or fear of being labelled as stupid for asking such a question. But in ALI driving school, it was the complete opposite. Once I joined up with Ahmed, I realised how little I knew. My previous driving which consisted of driving and making progress as soon as I could had a lot of flaws and Ahmed showed me the flaws of my driving and how to drive with control. He was definitely patient with me, particularly during all of the questions I had about driving (and some of those were common sense but I have a habit of asking very basic things). He is very knowledgeable about driving, uses many techniques and reference points when explaining concepts of driving and manoeuvres, and in particularly helped me out a lot with clutch control and boosted my confidence. The clutch control in particular was something i really appreciated because with my previous instructor, I had an incident where I stalled a good few times on a traffic light when I was the first one in the queue, and there were cars behind horning which really did hit my confidence when driving quite hard. He is very professional and has a lot of patience, and I have made many silly mistakes even though over and over again even though he has shown me how to stop them but he has never showed any poor mannerisms whenever I repeat my silly mistakes but instead, upholds a good character and teaches in a way that is productive for the student. He is very punctual and often arrives before the lesson is actually supposed to start, and goes out of his way to plan lessons around student’s personal/working lives. He pretty much knows the Barking routes and Goodmayes routes inside out and knows the tips and tricks for specific routes, roads and junctions and roundabouts and when i went on the test, the roads I had been practicing in lessons were a piece of cake for me during the test as i was aware of what I needed to do. To summarise this long review: Would I recommend ALI driving school if you lived in London? Yes Would I recommend ALI driving school if you lived 25 miles out of London? Yes Would I recommend ALI driving school if you lived in Scotland? Yes (take a flight to London every week if you need to, this driving school is well worth it!)

ALi Drivig school is extremely good for anyone learning to drive. No matter what stage you're on or how fast or slow you are at learning. I would like to specifically mention my instructor, Mr Ahmed. He is very experienced and is able to recognise the needs of individuals. One of the many things that I'd like to mention from my personal experience is that Mr Ahmed was able to drill that confidence in me that you need on the road. Also, if you're struggling with roundabout then ALi Driving driving school is definitely the way to go. I believe that the confidence I have now on my roundabout is only because of my instructor. He taught me how to deal with the hazards rather than running away from the hazard or trying to avoid them. He definitely knows where each student is and works accordingly. The Best Driving Instructor Report Review I was recommended by a friend who said that this was the best driving school he had tried and will guarantee me passing my test first tiem. I gave him a ring and was surprised by the amazing price. After the 1st lesson I knew that I have one of the best instructors available. The knowledge he had was amazing, I had learnt every single test route possible to such an extent, that the minute I started my test I knew exactly where I was going, what to look out for, where the zebra crossings are, where I will do what maneuvers, and everything you could possibly think off. I passed my test first time, after 18 hours of lessons, with 2 minors. I made a silly error of indicating too late at a mini round about, entirely my fault. I struggled with maneuvers at the beginning but after clear instructions and reference points I had them mastered by the time of my test. I am so grateful for choosing Ali Driving School as I have passed with a very small amount of lessons. Even though I was asking for more, he recommended that I did not need them. You will not find a better driving school then Ali

Having gone through quite a few instructors, I can confidently say that Ali's was the most helpful! After a phone call with Ahmed, who was quick on picking up on my weaknesses, I was given thorough advice and offered an initial lesson the following day. Ahmed was calm and composed (despite my hectic driving) and prioritised the importance behind reference points and ironing out my previous blunders. I completed my lessons with Abrar who was equally as calm and took the time to go over any areas I struggled/hesitated over without fail. A massive thank you to Mr. Ahmed who was my driving instructor. The quality of teaching is what makes him the best. He is very patient (even with my constant questioning) and would pull up to a side road and draw diagrams to help and explain certain things that I would not understand. Mr Ahmed has been my instructor from day 1. He is extremely patient, kind, calm, well-mannered, understanding and, above all, he is an awesome teacher. He will also make you understand your misakes and highlight them so that you don't make them again in the future. This builds up confidence behind the wheel. I have to say after 15 years from taking my first lesson from another driving school, Ali's driving school exceeded my expectations and delivered! I was blessed to have Abrar as my driving instructor who not only is calm and collected but very perceptive. He has shown me how to drive with clear logical instructions and also to be better driver on the road. Abrar picks up on your faults and explains why it happened and what you can do to fix it. I live in Essex, Upminister where the roads are clear and quiet. On top of that there are many driving schools, however I chose to take lessons with Ali Driving school and they didn't disappoint. My lessons were taken in Barking and I am glad I did because then I wouldn't have learnt so much. I can say for sure my awareness has been greatly improved with my instructors guidance. Sometimes people think that because is low price it might not be good or experienced. But Guy honestly this is one of the best and the instructor I had (Rafiq) he was just amazing. Rafiq has 35 years of experience, he is very patient, helpful and understanding when it comes to teaching. I work various shift and Rafiq managed to fit me in for lessons when it was best for me. I would like to say a big thank you to Rafiq for helping me achieve one of the biggest achievement of passing my driving. I realised I didn't learn everything properly when I first learnt to drive and was picking up lots of new reference points.
