A massive thank you to Jacqui my son's driving instructor. Russel passed his driving test today first time. She is an amazing instructor not only patient but gave him the confidence and skills needed to learn how to drive and to pass his test. She is also a lovely person and we highly recommend. I had Jamie Prichard as my tutor and he got me to a pass after just 4 months with no private practice and no past driving experience. His teaching techniques were easy and extremely effective. The lessons were calm and he constantly gave me tips when I made an error and let me know when I did well. We also had normal conversations whilst in the lessons which put me at ease. The whole experience of learning how to drive was brilliant with him and he always pushed me forward but at the same time he made sure I 100% knew what I was doing. Would definitely recommend.

Every lesson is recorded which helps massively with the learning and also the Go Roadie app is very handy 👍🏻

My instructor was amazing I've got to say, over the year's I've learnt with many instructor's from different driving school's. But never one as patient as Neil Rowlands. As an older learner at 46, probably not as absorbant as a 17 ,18 year old as they are like sponges with learning. But Neil is definitely a 5⭐️ instructor. I would 💯 % recommend him for anyone. Thankyou once again Neil.

I recently had refresher lessons with Nigel and cannot recommend him enough. I passed my driving test 6 years ago but was always too nervous to drive and never went through the fear after you pass your test. Within 1 refresher lesson something clicked for the first time and I realised I could do it. Nigel is patient, professional, knowledgeable and an all round lovely guy. He takes the time to find out what makes you tick and uses that to help you adapt and be a better driver and get the most out of your lessons. Highly recommend

I had already been learning to drive for nearly two years with other instructors and still wasn't test-ready before I contacted Nigel Richards Driving School and started lessons with Jacqui Williams. She has been brilliant, patient, understanding, and great at providing focused and structured lessons with feedback on how to improve which helps you meet the standards you need for test. She's always looking for new ways to help you understand or overcome any issues you're struggling with and she goes away after lessons still thinking about a plan for how to keep you motivated and progressing. Every lesson focuses on a particular skill and she has you rate yourself before and after, always looking to try build upon your confidence and abilities. She really believes in her pupils and it shows, because today at 29 years old I have finally passed my test! I never believed I could get here and it was with Jacqui's help that I did. Jacqui is fantastic, Nigel was lovely and assisted for one lesson to help me practice my dreaded bay parking, the communication is easy, and you can pay easily by bank transfer - so no having to remember to get cash which has been a big help. I am so glad I switched to Nigel Richards Driving School. I should have done it sooner, if anything. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a driving school that will help you learn everything you need to know then this is your best option. My driving instructor Ben Taylor helped me learn everything quickly. Through verbal feed back to drawing diagrams to explain things better. He was always very patient. His style of teaching is great. Will do anything to help you understand what you are meant to do and how you are meant to do it’s even if it means drawing numerous diagrams out if you are a bit slow like me haha. I highly recommend this driving school and Ben Taylor especially who helped me pass first time.
