John has been a great driving instructor, really understanding and supportive! He is very accommodating and try’s to fit the lessons around your schedule. I would definitely recommend him as a driving instructor!

Just recently passed my practical test first attempt on 04/01/2021. I had my lessons with John being my driving instructor since July 2020. He is a wonderful instructor, calming and patient, which gave me confidence to drive safely. I improved my coordination, awareness and positioning very quickly. I would definitely recommend John to anyone willing to learn driving safely and quickly. It’s been a blessing working with John!

I used John for driving lessons after hating my experience with the last two instructors I had. John very quickly became my friend and made every lesson really worthwhile. He is patient and supportive and really pushes you to do your best. He didn’t give up on me even when I gave up and didn’t want to carry on. We survived two lockdowns and I have finally passed! John is a wonderful instructor and so reasonably priced. He doesn’t let his students down and I would really recommend him to anyone who is nervous about leaving to drive. He will really be there for you and he will make sure you get that license!

I started with John throughout the pandemic which was hard as we had to keep stopping and starting but he always made sure once we came back I felt comfortable and at ease with my lessons. He made it very easy for me to pick up driving with many different ways of teaching and describing different aspects. I now feel like a confident driver thanks to him.

Fantastic! John has been a motivating, supportive instructor from the beginning. All has been at the right pace and with an emphasis on developping safe, considerate drivers, rather than just churning people through tests who are not ready. Through difficult times for learner drivers (Covid Pandemic, backlogs of tests amongst other things), John has been superb and encouraging. Highly recommended!

After having driving lessons previously with other driving schools and feeling anxious and full of doubt, I met John and began lessons with him. He's extremely supportive, calm and full of encouragement and I quickly built my confidence on the road. John would tailor each lessons to suit me and the areas I needed to improve on, for example building confidence on roundabouts or executing a manoeuvre. He would always give constructive feedback and would take the time to explain any questions I had in a methodical and easy to understand way. I also had lots of experience driving in different areas, which therefore made me feel fully prepared for my test and driving in the future. John is professional, organised, and knowledgeable in all areas of driving. I absolutely enjoyed my lessons each week and I can’t thank him enough for supporting me in passing my test. If you are looking for high quality teaching with a fantastic instructor, I really recommended Genesis School of Motoring!

My experience with gensisi SOM was something I could not fault at all. John, the instructor, is very good at making you feel at ease and making sure you are test ready.
