From the time I got in touch initially to coming round to explain the options, providing the quote and doing the work itself I found the whole team very professional and approachable. The work was very tidy and they ensured it was done within one day to reduce the disruption for my elderly mother. When they encountered some issues these were communicated to me and the options explained clearly. The guys were very respectful when in the house and they made sure everything was cleared and tidy when they left - it was a pleasure to have them do the work.
