Popped into Vaughans Aberystwyth a couple weeks back with my girlfriend to have a look at the cordless Vacuums. Got some great advice off the guy in the shop. Just ordered a shark IZ 320UKT thanks!

Needed an urgent washing machine went to vaughans as a ueronics But didn't have the one I wanted .so Colin recommended another one .a little dearer . delivered within 7 hours . But did not tell me it was a display model.when it came it was not in packaging. I was not very happy it was display model .I rang and said I thought I should of had a small discount . He told me I got it cheaper as it was £20. SO COULDNT give me anything off . But it's the price I paid everywhere .some even cheaper. So was a little upset . Whilst happy with the time for delivery . Not happy he wouldn't give me even £10 off . This was top of the range and a lot of money. Best part of £500 . He offered a free fitting or delivery when I buy something else .but I do not need anything else . So very disappointed With the feedback

Fantastic service from a local company wouldn’t go anywhere else for electrical goods. Staff are first class very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Even delivered and fitted a loan washing machine for me the same day whilst mine was on order.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Washing machine broke and I needed a replacement in a hurry. I rang and spoke to Colin and in just over 2 hours the replacement was here. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed it were friendly and professional. Prices are competitive too. I cannot recommend Vaughans highly enough.

As ever superb service. No delay with delivery, old cooker taken away and new cooker fitted. have been dealing with company under the old and new management for more years than I care to remember and have always found them competitive with like for like. The after service cannot be faulted. I have bought many items from them so this is not an isolated case. Can recommend them with complete confidence. I feel lucky to have this shop available in my area.
