Installation of Rolec Wallpod EV charger carried out by Dan and James to a very high standard. Design Electrical NI. are a very professional company and my thanks to Mark and Judy for arranging a speedy installation. The unit was connected to my Wi-Fi and my car - and the charging process was commenced effectively. They originally installed my charger and I moved house and needed them to remove it and reinstall it. In my new place. They came out on time and removed it and then came out to install in the new property very quickly. Which helped ease some of the stress of moving. I'd highly recommend these folks. I went for an Anderson A2 and there was a delay in the supply from the factory but Judy and Lisa were proactive and always kept me updated with the order. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Easy to arrange the install after providing photos to help with the survey and obtain a quote. The electricians arrived on time and carried out a very neat, tidy and professional installation. They were very friendly to talk to and happy to explain what work was being done as well as carrying out the install as per my request (charger location, where the cable was to be routed etc). The supplied charger was the one I asked for and was recommended (EO Mini Pro 2). It's compact, looks good and performs well. The EV Charger grant was sorted for me and included in the price, I simply had to sign the grant form to confirm installation. Very pleased with the work carried out and the friendly nature of this organisation. I have already recommended to others looking for an EV charger.
