One of my sockets in an office stopped working so I googled electricians newr me and decided to use this company due to a lot of positive reviews. And I was right to do as the engineer (James) arrived couple of hours later and the issue was promptly fixed. Not only that I was also explained what the issue was as well as all checks were made to make sure it won't happen again and there is no permanent damage. Price was reasonable as well. Will be using the company in the future :)

I had three electricians out in desperation to get to the bottom of the issue I was having at my home with my electric tripping. They all without looking at anything speculated all sorts of things like needing a whole rewiring of the house, etc. But James came to my home and spent the time going through each area and found the issue in the most honest and professional way. An absolute gentleman and a man of his craft. Can’t thank him enough. Will definitely be recommending him and getting all my electrical work done by James. Thank you.

Our smoke alarms were going off every 10 mins during the night. I rang James. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to my husband how to disconnect them and then gave me advice on what to change them to and where to buy it. He didn't charge for his help. We woke up to the electrics out in our kitchen and couldn't get the trip switch back on. We rang Dunlow Electrical to ask for a call out, and he took the time to walk us through troubleshooting suggestions and managed to fix the problem over the phone and without charge. Really lovely person and company and we've got plenty of electrical work that needs doing in the house, and we'll be going to Dunlow to get it sorted.

Had an emergency at 6.30pm at night as we had just moved into a property near Ballymena. The emergency was self inflicted as I switched the main power switch off and couldn’t get the Red switches back on. I called Dunlow Electrical company and the Gents on the phone talked me through the process of getting the power back on….all done within 4 minutes. The guy didn’t want any payment, which in this climate is very generous and we thank him immensely. Fantastic service

My house just had an electrical power failure over the Easter weekend and I couldn't find a way of resetting the rcd even though all of the fuses were fine. After a lot of head scratching and being let down by by a couple of more local electricians I decided to to ring Dunlow Electrical and I spoke to James. James wasn't able to send anyone out but very kindly offered to talk me through the reset process and within a few minutes the power was back on. As a bonus I've also learned something! Cheers for your help James - I'd gladly recommend your services to anyone.

The switch beside the oven started making strange and worrying crackling noises. I googled 24 hour electrician Belfast and Dunlow Electrical and Heating appeared with very good reviews. I rang and the call was answered immediately by a lovely, helpful woman and James the electrician rang me straight back. He was way the house very promptly and talked me through the problem. He was able to fix it in no time and was very friendly and professional. Extremely reasonable prices for an emergency call out. Would highly recommend.

An amazing service. I never leave ratings and reviews because, to be honest, I just cant be annoyed.... but in this case... its 100% deserved. Called on sunday night as our main trip switch blew out and left us with no power at all. Within 15 mins the electritrician was at my door and had us powered up again in no time. He had to get a different switch so said he would be back "tomorrow" (monday). I was happy enough as we had electric again and with a 6 month old in the house, thats all we could have asked for and no more on a sunday night. He gave me a quote for the work and part etc and came back at the time promised, on the button. The part was a bit cheaper and he knocked off some of the price. I wouldnt have known any better so I really appreciated this honesty. Would highly recommend and will be sure to send friends and family this direction if they need any electrical work done.
