Graham and his team exceeded my expectations. I contacted them on the basis of the glowing reviews here and I'm so glad I did. I had a multimedia touchscreen system put into my car. It was a complicated and fiddly job but it was done brilliantly. Neat, user-friendly and I'm really pleased with it. Top work and a good price. And Graham is very decent.

I brought my convertible car there as it was almost the only one that could fix the issues. The service was amazing and the workers were super friendly and helpful. Went here to get a key cut/programmed as vw dealer was charging the earth. Turned up key hadn't arrived outside his control so no bother but mentioned about airbag light that had come on and he went out and cleared it without issue (and no charge). Have arranged to go back to get key next week and if service half as good as today I'll be happy. Noticed he had a cabby with him while I waited and in my experience anyone that cabbies use are good mechs.

Top man, was busy but took time to sort my AC, was at halfords couple of day ago they told me air conditioning gas was full probably a dodgy compressor. Took the car here AC was full of air not gas, he drained it and recharged now brilliant. Don't waste your time and money go to the best.

We contacted Graham Watson because a dealership had quoted thousands to fix the roof of my convertible. It was suggested that the repair would cost far more than the car was worth, but with only 25,000 miles on the clock, it's worth a lot to me. Graham Watson fixed it for a fraction of what we'd been quoted and it works like a dream. We found Graham to be super efficient and well organised, keeping us informed at each stage as well as giving sound advice as to which of several choices would be best. I don't often write reviews, but I honestly can't recommend Watson Auto Electrics enough. Friendly, efficient, straightforward and realistic - and it may be important to add that as an older lady I wasn't made to feel that I know nothing even though I actually don't!
