Mark was phoned this morning about kitchen under cupboard lightbulbs not working. He called before lunch time as arranged, assessed the job and went off to buy the necessary replacements. He returned within half an hour and did the job. It was tremendous service and we would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you Mark.

Called Mark based on his reviews and was glad that they are bang on!!!! Communicated really well, said when he’d be here, took time to see exactly what the issue was then sorted it quickly. Tested new underfloor thermostats without being able to get the instructions for the ones being removed. Kept us in the loop on what he was doing and why, definitely my first call for spark work in the house now. Not too difficult to pay either. Pity there aren’t more like him.

I contacted Mark after reading reviews and was so happy I did. I had a few odd electrical jobs which needed doing. Mark turned up when he said he would and was very professional and such a lovely guy. I had a tricky extractor fan issue which Mark took apart and went above and beyond to diagnose as a circuit board issue. He contacted me to keep me updated and charged a very fair and reasonable price. Overall I was delighted with the service and would not hesitate to contact Mark again with electrical work and would recommend him to anyone.

Mark Roddy saved my skin twice. He's a hero in my eyes. He came out within 20 mins to restore my power on a Saturday. Fixed it within 20 mins and only charged £20. When I first moved in to my house he installed an RCD for less than half the price I was quoted by another electrician. Don't use anyone else.

He went out of his way to get me advice on a separate issue out of his control, along with explaining the electrical side of the issue concisely and clearly so that I understood everything.
