c. j.My heating was broken on a really cold day and we waited for an engineer that could fix it. One engineer came and could not do it, we waited again. The engineer arrived and persevered for two hours to diagnose and fix our heating He left at around 9pm after working all day. He was brilliant and kind and I would definitely use the company again.
