Came out of hours really late when we had no electricity. Fuse box was crackling and burning a complete hazard. Service was amazing. Fixed and replaced within a couple of hours. Absolutely recommend. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

A great service, very professional and knowledgeable. Our downstairs electrical cicuit went down on a saturday evening. Help came within an hour or us calling on the Sunday morning. We had a power cut late one evening - called for help and John arrived within the hour as promised. He thoroughly investigated the problem, checked all appliances and sockets until he could identify the source of the power outage. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he doing throughout and we would highly recommend him.

Yesterday we had some work done by a different company and their wire detector was not working which resulted in them drilling through 4 wires and us loosing our electricity. Had a fire hazard issue with my cooker point - smoke was coming out of it. As someone who is not too fond of anything high voltage electricity-themed, I decided to look around for emergency electricians. Following all the good reviews here, I decided to give John a call. John was extremely professional and transparent about pricing throughout our conversation and arrived to my property exactly on time as promised (called at 18:17, arrived at 19:30). John quickly identified the issue and as it turns out, the wire wasn't properly fitted into the cooker point, causing the plastic around the switch to partially melt which was, naturally, a fire risk. He inspected the wire, fitted a new cooker point and did test to ensure safety, all within 30 minutes. A reasonable price for a highly professional repair. Would heavily recommend.

After we noticed a boiling hot plug socket at midnight, we phoned this service and John the electrician came out within an hour. He fixed our plug and noticed another problem with the breakers which he also fixed, no extra charge. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing very clearly. His manner was professional and helpful. There were no hidden charges and he provided thorough paperwork describing the work carried out. His call out rate was well worth the peace of mind it brought and we are very grateful for his work! Would recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant service! So grateful to John. My fuse box tripped leaving me with no electricity and the main switch would not come back on. I found this service via google and called at 5am in the morning. John arrived within the hour and found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it. Very impressive. I had an issue with my fuse box tripping after changing some sockets. John was able to come by within a 1.5 hours and correct the issue and run a few tests to make sure everything was ok. His rates were also very good value compared to others I had asked!

Well I can’t thank John enough I rang round about 10 and said that I have cut the internet wire by mistake and is there was anything he could do as I need it firm kids school zoom calls . Well with in half hour John arriving at my door he was brilliant very well spoken he fixed my internet with in the hour of being at my address . He never had a part on him and he said he would be back the next day do swap the socket over but didn’t really no a time as he was busy well he text me and said he would be with me in the hour to swap the socket over and he was bang on time .
