K.E.S completed a rewire on a rental property for me. John not only called to inspect and discuss the job free of charge but quoted a good price. Very happy with the workmanship and service provided, as I had been let down by other electricians. An excellent job. He was very friendly and kept me informed about the progress at all times. I had K.E.S do a full re-wire on my house and couldn’t fault John from start to finish. Professional, honest, a very clean worker and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would most definitely recommend K.E.S, they were recommended to me to complete a re-wire of a property we had purchased. John was extremely polite, helpful and very knowledgeable on any advice we required. All work was very tidy and punctual whilst doing the re-wire. The re-wire was completed on schedule and John ensured we were satisfied before signing off. I would definitely use them again for any further electrical work we need doing.

I called K.E.S after having an issue with another electrician who had been called out of hours to sort out a fault with the electric, but had managed to make it worse and had left us with no power at all. John said he would be round by 11am and he was confident he could fix the problem. He arrived early and within one minute and found the fault isolated it and got the power back on, he then got the part we needed and fitted it straight away. KES electricians have completed a considerable amount of work for us in two different properties: installing a new consumer unit, new lights, moving sockets, safety checks etc. and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the. wholeheartedly. They were extremely thorough in the overhaul of the electrics in our rental flat uncovered some very dangerous electrical alterations in the cellar, made by our tenants, that we had no knowledge of. I very much doubt that the average contractor would have uncovered them. He is polite, friendly and meticulous about adhering to all the regulations, and his pricing is reasonable and transparent. What really sets his work out from the crowd though, is his ability to think creatively about problems. This has been particularly useful in the work he has carried out in our rental property; as a landlord I value his knack for coming up with solutions that are time and cost efficient and cause the minimum disruption to decor.
