Really positive experience, helpful, knowledgeable and a huge amount of stock. Would completely recommend this place, i went in with a bunch of questions as i am not a electrical person, but they were patient and answered all of them. The aftercare was also pretty sweet. 💯

Nice collection, good value for your money. Definitely have a look online or the catalogue as there’s so many different variety of lights. Leeton was very helpful stayed in touched emailed us everything he could offer & the best price.

Purchased a Ring 4 door bell, it arrived very fast but only after two months the camera developed a fault. I contacted the team at SND and the customer service I received from Lauren was second to none, after trying some different options to clear the issue the camera was still faulty. They arranged to have it collected from me and I had a new unit the next day. I cannot recommend these highly enough, thank you.

I have been on the hunt for storage heaters for months, I tried online first and then tackled the wholesalers. Most were too busy to help and weren't interested in assisting me unless they had the products in stock. SND was completely different, not only did Sanj listen to my needs, he went above and beyond to source what I requested, often being patient when my order needed to change. He was polite, reliable, rang back when he said he would and utterly professional. I cannot recommend this man or SND enough and I will be buying ALL my electrical goods from him henceforth. I needed a number of lighting options for a few projects I was doing and a friend pointed these guys out to me. I was a bit hesitant being based in London with the company based in the Midlands. I dealt with Sanj and was surprised about the knowledge and range of products on offer. He helped throughout the projects and provided important advice with regard to getting the correct lighting in place for each room. They have a huge range and can also get stock from other providers as well. Sanj made the effort to visit London on numerous occasions which was great. I have since recommended others to them and noone has said a bad word at all.

I found the chaps on the counter to be knowledgeable in their recommendations, we came to a couple of things which they were not sure of and were happy enough to call an electrician for some advice.
