Ben was very efficient in responding to my request to have a new light fitted. He came back with a very reasonable quote too. Ben arrived punctually, which was great as it meant the light was fitted in enough time before I had to start work. Ben was friendly and polite and he provided great customer service. I would highly recommend Ben and I will definitely be contacting him again if I need anymore work done in the future. The new light looks great!

For a very fair price, Ben completely reworked the electrics of my 1930s house. On top of tons of new sockets and downlights, this included installing smart lights, ceiling speakers, data cables, and getting the kitchen ready for a new kitchen fit. Always on time, Ben cracked on woth the job as soon as he arrived. He was also flexible, completing my job over 3 visits in total to allow for other work to be completed around it. End results are great and happy to keep him as my go to electrician. Thanks

Great service, quick response and good value for money. We used Ben to fit a number of outdoor lights, communications were prompt and all visits on time. Ben is not only a professional, highly qualified electrician he is a superhero! I had been without heating for six weeks during the recent cold weather due to being ripped off and let down numerous times and finally managed to get two, equally brilliant fitters to travel to Poole from Yorkshire, where I used to live, on a Saturday to fit a new boiler. The local electrician didn't turn up to connect the thermostats and do the electrics and we were completely stuck. At 4pm on Saturday I searched in desperation for someone to come out and came across Ben. I didn't expect him to even pick up the phone but he did! He was sympathetic and despite it being the weekend and very late he dropped everything and came straight over. He completed the job quickly, neatly and professionally and was friendly, kind and understanding and I finally had my heating. He really did save the day and restored my faith, not only in tradespeople but also in human nature. I expected a huge bill for the inconvenience but he only wanted his normal rate which was competitive and great value for money. I think he should definitely wear a Superhero cape! He is now on speed dial on my phone for all future electrical work and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
