Fitted light fixture. Very happy with the work done, Ed did a great job and very polite and considerate (eg. We had a full rewire and a few lights fitted. The house hadn't been updated in many years and was very out of date. We contacted Resistance Electrical and they got back to us promptly and were very friendly. We dealt with Tom and he was very professional throughout. Head & shoulders above other tradesmen I've dealt with. Tom got back to me promptly, without me having to chase him, and arrived when he said he would. Not only are they good at what they do, but (unlike others) they didn't destroy the house around their work. Sebastian put in the new sockets so neatly that no filler was needed around one, and only minimal filler around the other, & put the boards & carpet back. When the PIR sensor didn't work as intended, Tom happily came back another day to remedy the situation. Dealing with them was a pleasure, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Tom is reliable, polite & has done a really good job fitting extra light fittings, sockets & changing a fuse board in my home. He has been good at communicating, turns up on time, cleans up before he leaves & is a pleasure to have around. It was a pleasure having Tom round to do various jobs around the house, including installing a spotlight and installing some new sockets. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and communication was great throughout, he even corrected some previous wiring which was wrong for free. Great experience. Tom goes out of his way to keep in contact and even when he's very busy he kept me informed and tried to fit to a schedule that worked for me.
