Harry has carried out first class work for us previously so when my daughter needed security lights fitted to her house, urgently, I contacted Harry. He could not have been more helpful. He came that evening and in the wind and pouring rain fitted the lights where they were required. He had patience enough to ensure that we knew how to operate the lights and did not leave until we were fully satisfied Workmanship was just excellent and I just cannot recommend Harry enough. Harry always goes above and beyond. We previously used him through out the renovation of another property which we sold. We currently have South Downs Electrical booked in again to do work on our new property to get it up to standards and meet our unique requirments as we know we can rely on him. I called Harry due to a fault with my electric circuit breaker, as I saw how was recommended on a local app . Although unable to get to me at time. he was kind enough to call around on my behalf and get another electrican in my area.within an hour. I am a keyworker, and had just finished a night shift. Due to current situation, I don't shop regularly but fill my fridge and freezer Every 2 weeks. I had just done this, and.was worried that all my food would be ruined.. Harry was kind, patient, and professional, Although he was unable to get to me he didn't leave in the lurch but helped find a solution. Very grateful .
