We’ve used Leroy now on a number occasions and he’s the best Electrician we’ve used. The only time we used someone else was when he was on holiday and that didn’t turn out so well. The other company couldn’t find the intermittent fault and decided it was best for them to rewire half of the house, leaving us without power for two months in the process. In the end we contacted Leroy again for a second opinion and he got back to us straight away and found the fault quickly, restoring the power swiftly. Would highly recommend. He’s kind, responsive and extremely good at his job. Even Grandma commented on what a nice guy he is.

Leroy came to rewire our Georgian house so we could install an induction cooker. He was efficient, tidy and kept to time. Plus he actually charged less than quoted! But what really enhanced our positive experience were the comments of the cooker installation team. Unprompted, they declared that Leroy's work was "excellent". So even other electricians rate Leroy highly!

Charnick Electrical carried out several bits of domestic rewiring at my house which had old cables not installed to regs that kept tripping out, as well as wiring for a new bathroom. I found Leroy to be prompt, hardworking and very clearly explained everything he was doing as he went. After finishing the main job I have used Leroy several more times for smaller things such as installing some outside lights and an extractor fan. Everything was offered at a competitive price and installed to a high standard. Recommended.

Leroy was professional from start to finish. He was polite and courteous whilst in our home, completed the jobs (we’ve used him more than once) in a timely and efficient manner, to an extremely high standard. I contacted Charnick Electrical to fit new extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. I found Leroy to be extremely friendly and helpful from the word go, helping me to diagnose the issues I was having and find the most suitable kit to install. No question was a stupid question and he made me feel fully informed every step of the way. A rare gem!! Leroy is very responsive and giving with his time and he fit in with my tight timescales. His work is thorough and he obviously takes great pride in a job well done. I have since used him for some smaller jobs and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Leroy was friendly, helpful, very reasonable priced and went out of his way to deal with my electrical problem at the end of his long working day. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the option of an expensive full fix or a simple work around, he wasn't at all upset when i chose the cheap work around option! He's a real gem, knowledgeable, honest and i could not recommend him more highly.

Leroy arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about the various options available to us for our all electric car charging, including information on using an adaptor to allow use of the existing low kw charger. Leroy is a brilliant electrician and a compete lifesaver! I phoned him at 3pm on a Friday afternoon to have some urgent work done. I was let down by two previous electricians that cancelled me, which was a nightmare as I was due to have work done in my home the next morning. He came out as soon as he could and was here for quite a while explaining the options available to me. He sorted my problem out and now everything is fine. Leroy has done excellent job in my home. He examined everything electric and upgraded my consumer unit to a modern RCBO type. He took his time and made sure nothing left unchecked. All worked perfect after he left. He has been courteous and considerate towards me. He answerd the phone everytime I rang and called back when he wasn't available or unreachable.
