Robert took the initiative to call the utility company and stayed with us to make sure they understood the issue. He was both professional and friendly. J. T.We phoned them on New Year's Eve and they were able to serve us fast the same day; we even got to meet the owner and he was quite kind and knowledgeable. A damaged plug frame was the root of our problem, since it was unable to withstand the weight. Our handyman was able to provide us some excellent suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. It is safe to say that we will use Express Electricians again in the future.
