Excellent service, I had a problem with my power. I found the company through Trust Mark and rang them. Neil talked me through the procedure to reset my power and everything now working again. No call out no fee. I can't speak to highly of this company. Thank you

Our electric came off-supply and Neil answered my call promptly and arrived in an hour as promised. He identified the issue with the main fuseboard switch that needed replacing. After getting the part he returned within the hour and finished the job in about 15 minutes. Great service. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic speedy response to a call when my boiler kept tripping out due to a short circuit. Neil and his team quickly and professionally identified the problem (nothing to do with the boiler) and isolated it, came back a couple of days later to finish up - I couldn’t be happier with the service. Contacted Trimby about having some downlighters fitted and a couple of other electrical jobs. Neil came out to review work needed, and straight away he was very helpful. Really, really impressed with this company. We engaged Trimby Electical to complete a Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report ("DEICR"), having initially called the company out to troubleshoot a tripping fuseboard. The company were able to troubleshoot and address the initial issue that day, and go on to complete the fuller DEICR later that week. Having identified a couple of issues, the company completed remedial works the following week, to a high standard, efficiently and for a good price. This included the fitting of a new fuseboard, which we are happy with. We would happily recommend Trimby Electrical to others. Chris
