G. S.Bought from Budds washing machine fridge and dryer.. all were reasonably priced. Adrian and Mark came took away the old appliances and installed the new ones..my washing machine was a bit problemtic but they both went the extra mile . Excellent service. Will definitely use Budds again.

A. H.We would describe Budd's as a perfect local shopping experience - from start to finish! We have shopped there for many years, and two weeks ago went in to look at dishwashers. Firstly, the showroom atmosphere is calm and unpressurised. The staff are so helpful, provide great advice, and nothing is too much trouble. They even matched the best price available online!! The delivery guys, Damion and Rhys, were so cheerful, friendly and pleasant to have in the house. As we had decided to fit the machine ourselves, they went out of their way to give us perfect expert advice on how to fit. We can't recommend Budd's highly enough !!

A. E.Over the years I have found I can rely upon Budd Electrical, Cardiff, to provide me with an efficient, professional and friendly service. Just bought a new fitted oven from them. Visited their showroom on Friday and it was delivered and fitted on Monday. Their two fitters, Damion & Rhys, clearly knew what they were doing - very efficient, clean and friendly. All questions professionally dealt with.
M. S.My family has been shopping at BUDD since its early days in the 1960s and it's easy to see why. Buying a new fridge freezer from them was a pleasure from start to finish. The Hotpoint fridge freezer I wanted was priced competitively, but I found it slightly cheaper elsewhere, and they did not hesitate to price match when I told them. Two days later, Damian and Rhys took my old fridge freezer (which they said was heavy due to ice) down three flights of stairs at my block of flats, and then brought my new one up the stairs and fitted it in my kitchen. I gave them a KitKat Chunky each for their efforts! This is an excellent store with knowledgeable staff.

Damian and Rhys, who had quite a challenge in removing our large fridge freezer, did a marvellous job with this and in fitting the dishwasher. They were careful, considerate and very tidy in clearing up as they went along. Additionally, they were cheerful and very polite. Our undercounter fridge was also fitted quickly and efficiently by Adrian. S. H.I recently dealt directly with Budd Electrical on behalf of my elderly parents whose brand new washing machine - purchased from Budd, was not functioning after a few months. Whilst this was not in any way the fault of Budd Electrical, 'they' (Andrew at Budd!) could not have been more helpful in dealing with this matter! Andrew realised that this issue was difficult for my parents and arranged for the washing machine to be replaced the following day, with a new and identical model.
