Highly recommended! Mark and Ted are very professional, friendly and efficient.Communication was great... everything has been explained properly before the job was carried out. They installed our fan extractor in the bathroom, fixed the garden lighting & repaired our old garden lamp post and water feature. We're very pleased with the outcome. Would use them again. Responded promptly to my original query and did a quick, clean and efficient job repairing wiring and installing a new isolation switch. They then offerered to assist with cooker installation as it was the delivery of a new cooker that highlighted the problems I called them out for. When we found that the new cooker wouldn't fit the existing unit space they carried out some fitting work, offering suggestions and alternatives on what could be done. They did an all round excellent job and were friendly and quick to respond.

Livvingale electrical rewired my Victorian house keeping all the existing features. They took there Time and treated my home as if it was there own. Mark came to my property he’s an extremely nice Chap, he explained everything to me in detail and was extremely Patient with me. As an elderly lady living on my own it was a very daunting task finding a local electrician that I felt comfortable with, I had a few over to quote. Not only was Livvingale’s quote very competitive compared to the others I also felt at ease straight away the way Mark explained everything and his knowledge was excellent compare to the other electricians. I felt at ease with Mark knowing he would be the electrician that was right for me. The job was carried out with such care and attention the team that attended my home are polite kind I’m very understanding. The job was done to an exceptional standard With very little mess and disturbance to my life. I had a complete rewire, new fuse board, switches and more. I was recommended Mark by my neighbour who spoke very highly of him, and rightfully so! Mark was such an easy person to communicate with. Him and Ted arrived promptly, were able to complete the work within a day, and tidied up after themselves. They installed spotlights in the bedrooms and hallway, two hanging bar lights in the living room, and they fixed our kitchen spotlight that was broken. Unlike other electricians I tried to contact I actually spoke to a person rather than asked to leave a message. Contact was regular with good communication via text, and Mark was able to come later in the week. Arrived in the time slot he provided and work was done to a high standard. My electric boiler is now supplying hot water again! I will definitely use this firm again when I have too! Friendly and accommodating, I Recommend.

Found out we needed the twin socket behind our (unusable) gas cooker changed to a cooker spur for a new electric cooker. Gave me a quote over the phone and arrived bang on time next morning. Professional, punctual, tidy and really helped us out in a pinch!

The fuse to the lighting on the ground floor of our house blow and we could not work out what the problem was. Livvingale fitted spotlights in my kitchen ceiling which look amazing. What a difference they make! Mark listened to what I wanted and gave advice on the type of spotlights that would look best in area, simple and very elegant to compliment the small space. Had a really great experience using livvingale, Mark who I contacted, about a job needing to be done in the home, came across as very professional, called in the next day to look at the job(moving plug sockets), replacing plug sockets, came back to start the job, as it happens, it was more complicated than expected, being an old house, but , it was not a problem for them, did a fantastic job, I was more than happy, price was very affordable, I’ve already asked if they can back to do some more work, I know this review is long but, I always look at reviews when I want some honesty.
