Mark took the time to explain the various solutions available and the +ve and -ve of each; pardon the pun! He did not just opt to quote for the most expensive option. He obviously prides himself on doing an honest, complete and tidy installation that was thoroughly tested. Zen Electrical's quote was very reasonable and the final invoice was as per quote. You cannot ask for more. Highly recommend.

We needed some ceiling spotlights installed as well as a brand new consumer unit. Of all the quotes we obtained, Zen's was the most competitive and they were able to fit us in at short notice. Mark is always responsive and on hand almost immediately to assist. He is professional and quick at his job. Neat and tidy and hard working. Very reliable and doesn't do anything unnecessarily, by that I mean that he will tell you the truth and not just do something for the sake of doing it just to make money. He will thoroughly check everything and then give an honest opinion. We had him initially to put electricity in for our duel fuel cooker but have used him again for other electrical issues as we trust him. I would recommend him any day of the week

Would definitely reccomend. Called Mark to ask for a free quote on a small job. Said he could pop by in the morning to take a look but then realised we were close by so offered to pop over within 20 minutes. Arrived 20 mins later and offered to do the job there and then. Charged us the standard rate for a call out charge and the job was completed within 20 minutes. No fuss, no hidden charges......and now we don't have to worry about an electrical fire every time we have a shower! :-) Great service!!
