Good with story telling and giving reason as to why I'm getting errors on the diagnostic computer after reading report from the computer. Not prepared to fix a problem with a bulb which has blow on me twice. I would have expected him to... Check the bulb and bulb connection. Check the bulb connector and confirm correct voltage. Run end to end signal down the wiring to check for wiring short. Check the fuse for correct fuse.

Brilliant service! I had a vehicle which needed a setting changing that event the dealership couldn’t do! Diognosticman came to our house, spent an hour trying to change the setting, and unfortunately was unable to do so! He left saying ‘I’ll be back’ and a week later after researching the problem he had encountered, he returned and within 20 mins the job was done! Really happy, thank you. Great customer service.

Had issues with my boot not opening so gave diagnostic man a call. Came and had a look at the issue the same same day, he then ordered the part needed over the weekend and came back to fix the boot the following week. Brilliant service! Used Diagnosticman twice now. First time for an emergency call out, rang him ready to book a slot and instead he came within the hour between jobs, fast and efficient. Very professional job for a very good price - Had problems to start the engine of my VW T6 van. The garage where I brought my car couldn't find the problem and they called VW dealers and they also could not find the issue with it. That's when they gave me the number of Kastytis the Diagnosticman. Kastytis the Diagnosticman then started to analyse the problem in a very logical way and has explained everything and how he is going to narrow down the location and part of what is causing the issue. It was a wiring issue (loose contact) within the cable which is leading towards the automatic gearbox. He fixed the problem and all was fine again. Can’t recommend this guy enough!after being told two weeks by other garages this guy helped me out of a very sticky situation! I was stuck 150 miles from home as the electrics went in my van! after calling him out to check what the problem is, he quickly sussed it was the alternator it’s was towed back to a garage to be lifted to fit the alternator! Came to my home after work on the same day that I contacted him to diagnose a battery drain problem. Traced it back to an aftermarket tacker that had been fitted. This involved taking half the dash panels apart but he was professional throughout and made sure the battery was working fine and the car was back in one piece before he left. Kastis seems to have done a great job of replacing the relays in the GM5 module of my BMW, saving me buying a new unit at much greater expense. Also, really great customer service in trying to get the job done in good time. He fixed the error and cleared all other errors too. What made me very impressed was that I had a brake light error - yes you've guessed it, he went above and beyond. The service I received from Kastis was excellent. I had lost all audio in my A5 and he was able to diagnose that the Amp was faulty. Much better than Audi, who were quite frankly extremely unhelpful. Well worth the visit and very reasonably priced.

I called diagnosticman to investigate a door lock fault with my car. Coincidentally an engine management fault appeared on my wife’s car at the same time. Kastis came as arranged, diagnosed both faults, arranged for collection of the parts. He came back and completed the repairs. His charges are very fair and a lot less than garage services I have used previously. Do not hestitate to call him should you have a car problem. This man is brilliant!

I like to do a lot of my own stuff, I have trust issues! :) However, I couldn't make sense of what seemed to be wiring without a problem against the output from my scanner. Nor was my scanner seeming to clear codes from an SRS pre-tensioner fault on both seat belts. Kastis attended the following day, in the rain and I really appreciated his collaborative approach where he wasn't condescending and we talked through what I'd done and what we could try. He dug deeper than I had and exposed a corroded terminal inside a seat belt pre-tensioner connector. Couldn't test the other one as a previous garage (long time ago) had damaged it and it broke when attempting to remove it. Both sides were reporting faulty. Kastis insisted on testing a bit more and left me with my homework of sourcing replacement connectors and having another go myself. Everything is working now so I'm happy and paying for a second pair of eyes to help out was definitely worth it, definitely recommend Kastis.

Well hold tight this maybe a long one... My problem on a 2009 fiesta with extremely low mileage broke down and was towed to the Ford dealership. After £245 they said due to water damage the wiring was shot, they apparently made the wiring good and "tested" it then said the ecu was blown due to the damage and will cost at least £1800. So a little sceptical I had it towed home and looked it over myself to no avail so I took ford's advice and purchased an ecu kit, guess what? Still didn't work. I called out diagnostic man and he came for an hour, I was a little unsure at first from the basic checks but I had no clue so asked him back for a couple of hours. Wow did he blow me away this time. He was checking things I'd never heard of and reading a diagram that looked as if it was made by Nasa but sure enough he traced a broken wire. I knew when he'd found the problem from a little smirk appear on his face but wrapping this up here's the things I've learnt. Don't doubt diagnostic man Never trust or use a dealership Keep hope I wish him every success in expanding his business

I used Diagnosticman on the 15/10/18 as i could not start my car as the immobiliser was not picking up my key signal. After having three people look at my car with no success. I called Diagnosticman who come out to my car.and sorted it out very fast. He checked every thing to find out what the problem was. to then not leave till he was 100% sure it was fixed. Will use him again if any thing gose wrong with my car wished i had called him first . he dose not chargethe earth and knows what he is doing. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND him . He also kept me upto date with when he will arrive and told me every thing he was doing why he was with my car.
