Excellent service from the start. Communication was clear and frequent even down to the tracking of the electrician on the way to my house. A huge thank you to Colin who went above and beyond to get my Hive thermostats fitted and synced which turned out to be a bigger job than it should have been! Great service, competitive price and friendly electricians. Already got more jobs lined up and won't go anywhere else.

Really excellent neat work. Electrical connection and thermostat for underfloor heating - no need for any replastering or painting despite complexity. New LED strips lights, sensor activated light, and defunct cellar fan replaced. Everything very professional. We will be using them again!

recently installed a 3.6kw solar system and zappi car charger and the whole process was brilliant from initial enquiry through to completion. Ben kept us well informed throughout and clearly has a good knowledge of the products he is installing Nothing was skimped and all the lads clearly took a lot of pride in their work, they left leaving my property tidier than it was when they arrived, even clearing out my gutters whilst they where on the roof! being a local company I have no doubts the aftercare service will be just as good

We contacted electrical innovations after reading the reviews online and I can see why they are so high. On the day, Sam came on time and was very polite, friendly and professional. We had a consultation of the job (installing infrared heating panels onto the ceiling, connected to a thermostat) and talked about the different ways in which that could be done. He was open to suggestions and really made us feel like he heard our views and worries. He did a brilliant job, cleaned up after himself, explained everything before he did anything and gave some very good advice for any future installations. We would absolutely have him back to do further work if needed and definitely recommend using this company based on our own experience. Thank you Sam!

Thanks to Ben for coming to our rescue with an emergency today. Power off throughout the house RCD wouldn’t reset. Our issue was we had insulin in the fridge which needs to be kept cold. Ben and Brad delivered a fantastic service both detailing the alarm system to me whilst remaining respectful of all Covid 19 protocols. During an unprecedented time they fully explained the system to me, the work being carried out and even took the time to demonstrate each aspect. I was given a very reasonable call out quotation. Colin was very quick identifying and rectifying the problem - including plastering. The work was to a high standard and very tidy. On the day there was a slight confusion of what time we’d agreed, but I got in touch with the contact centre and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommended! Initial call out was fast, we were given options for a fix and a new board was fitted for us quickly. We needed someone to replace a faulty dimmer switch. Another electrician suggested to replace the dimmer switch whereas Ben said could fix the dimmer module and retain our plate. I managed to drill through some wiring in the walls (like an idiot). Colin, one of the team's electricians, was able to fix the problem in no time. He patched up the wall afterwards and even replaced my knackered old extractor fan in my bathroom while he was there – what a legend!
