Derby office is where I take our vehicles for car electrical works such as alarms and light bars and the likes of dash cameras etc. Normally an excellent service from Lisa and the team there The quality of the installers is 5 stars Repeat attendance even having to travel 40 odd miles there such is the quality of service here. Absolutely first class service. Transferred a dash cam from my old car to my new one. Went to the garage I had sold it too to remove it and fitted in my new one the same day. Hi I have recently increased the amount of vehicles i have for my company. so needed an honest and trust worthy place to get all the work i needed done. after this friendly family run business was advised to me from a friend i decided to get a quote. The staff were friendly helpful and patient after i changed my mind about what i wanted numerous times, this was not a problem for them and still got everything fitted on time and to an EXCELLENT standard. They even fixed the parrot i had in my car for free after i mentioned that it was broke. I cannot thank the guys down at mobile solutions enough for the work they have carried and still carry out for me. Had problems with my Xperia Z1 compact. Had battery replaced by MS and was fine. Then I broke the screen. I supplied replacement and this too was broken when being fitted by Mobile Solutions who immediately accepted responsibility without being asked and took it upon themselves to replace and fit a new replacement screen at their expense. Can't beat that for customer care and company integrity.

Heard about an offer that Mobile solutions were doing through a friend of mine. I had my Vauxhall Insignia re-mapped which only took a few hours to do....I decided to wait for the car to be done which wasnt a problem for me as I sat and watch T.V. and had FREE Coffee too.... The technician who did my car even took me out in it to show me what they had done and the results were amazing......Since having it done my car has not only run smoother but i'm also saving on fuel!! Totally brilliant experience, They can 'do what it says on the tin' True Professionals, competitive prices, customer friendly Booked my car in for a third party purchased dash cam fitting,.. (something that a certain high street automotive spares company wouldn't even contemplate, unless i'd bought the same set up from them at a higher price.) I turned up to find helpful staff who really do listen to how you would like a job to be carried out, (A hardwire install of a 'BlackVue' dash cam), Being a hardwire install i wanted no cables to be on show, and the 'power magic pro' box hidden but still accessible to me if i needed to change any settings, The fitter chatted with me outside and explained exactly what he would do, even going so far as to asking me into the workshop to check if i was happy with the fitting location of the actual camera. And just under an hour later the job was finished, Upon inspecting the completed job i was pleased to see that the work had been carried out to a high standard, no short cuts from these guys. and most importantly the cost... well let me say a damned sight cheaper than some other 'Auto Electricians'.. all in with VAT just over £50. I'd have no problems or hesitations in recommending these guys to anybody wanting any auto electrical work done..a totally professional, and user friendly company that have competitive prices and as i've mentioned earlier really do can 'do what it says on the tin'. many thanks C.A.Langwade.
