Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Nothing short of amazing. My wife & I are in our mid-80s with major health issues. Our power suddenly went off in our kitchen appliances. I rang Power & Electrical to appeal for help. An electrician came within 45 minutes & fixed the problem for us. Regrettably I didn’t get his name. We are just so grateful for the consideration given us, the kindness & cheerfulness. He wouldn’t even accept payment from us. The very least I can do is write this review & list him in our contacts as our future electrician. The readiness to help was impressive. I shall recommend him wholeheartedly & very gladly to family & friends. First class service.

Found the process very efficient. My only problem was the installation company asking me to complete forms, take picture of various things and produce a sketch of the layout/preferred area. |I would have thought that a site visit would have been done but this could be due to Covid restrictions. That said the installation was quick and efficient, with no mess during the installation. I was kept informed of what was being done from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Dan was really helpful when I first enquired about an EV charger. He talked me through the different ranges that he had and what would be best for me. He also established that I was on a looped supply, which I have subsequently started the process of getting fixed. Andy then came and did all the work. He was super friendly and professional. Very impressed with the quality of the installation and the commissioning of a Zappi Ev charger and associated equipment, which included the running of a 10mm sq 3 core armoured cable along a 70 metre route from my electricity meter to garage via the house loft space and along 30 metres of boundary fencing. The whole installation was completed in just over one day in a very professional manner by Daniel and his team. I would highly recommend them.

I had to have an EDDI, HARVI, HUB and thr Zappi 7kw untethered screen changed. Dan came by for an initial evaluation he addressed some other issued which were not quite done properly by the previous electricians with the CT configuration in the electrical meter box and also the trunking for the existing Zappi hard wired connection was extended and the part of the trunking for the gym section was done. Dan gave me unique advise such that i returned the Harvi and EDDI sensory board back as i had a hard wired connection for the ZAPPI so was not needed, so i saved some money. The installation had some issue with been loose on the inside so an error message came up, which Dan came by to resolve and that brought the system fully functional and working.

Had a Zappi fitted to my property by Power and Control ltd and am very happy with it. They turned up when they said they would and, even though it wasn't as simple as first thought, they didn't rush the job. Had to come back out to solve an issue with Zappi themselves (software/configuration issue) and did this without having to chase etc... Very happy with the job and would use these guys again.

Power and Control Ltd were the only company I could find in the midlands that didn't make installing an EV charger over complicated. My installation by most installers is deemed "not standard", but I think this is the case for most EV installations. Dan turned up, listened to what I wanted to do, gave suggestions and then provided a price. They do business properly, there is no mucking around. Price was agreed and the work was booked in. On day of install, everything was done neatly and as discussed . No cutting corners are taken, even areas they apply silicone to are done neatly. I have limited understanding of electric work but I am pretty handy so can spot good workmanship and Power and Control would definitely be my go electricians should we need more electrical work... which funnily enough we do require, and I'm already in talks with Dan about it. Would recommend, I can see Power and Control doing very well into the future.

I'm usually someone who can pick a fault in anything, however Dan and his team have been exceptional, from start to finish. Very professional, reliable, skilled and are clear perfectionists. We were kept informed throughout every phase and were given honest advice. In fact, Dan has gone above and beyond his job role for us and we are so very grateful. Rewiring a full 4 bedroom house, whilst a family of 4 are still living in it, isn't for the faint hearted! However these guys made it possible and are the tidiest, cleanest tradesmen I've come across. Also all very lovely and down to earth. Thank you so much.
