I called Steve and despite being busy he managed to fit me in for Wednesday. He then called me on the Saturday before saying had a spare hour. He came, quoted for the work and arranged to come and carry it out. While I was at work and there was something I did not understand, he was able to explain why the job was not possible in the way I desired exactly and instead advised me how it could be carried out and was done satisfactorily. I would highly recommend Steve and Zack. They was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and explained why things needed to me the way they were and carried out the work to a high standard. Thanks again!
