Due to a burst water pipe, my partner and I required the service of PSR. The builders, decorators and joiner were highly professional and respectful of our home. Everyone that we spoke to during the work was friendly and helpful where needed. The work carried out was done to a high standard and we were kept up to date on a regular basis from the building and decorating manager. The work was carried, in my opinion, very quickly considering the work load they had to do. Thank you to you all for your hard work in getting our home back to normal. Would highly recommend.

I had this company in for floor damage to my en suite bathroom and they were absolutely wonderful everything was ripped out and then the team of workmen had to rebuild it from joiners painters plumbers and everybody in between it was finished to a very professional way. I required the tiles on my front door steps replaced before someone fell and broke their leg or worse. I contacted Property Restoration Services who gave me a price I was happy with and contracted them to do the work. I am very happy with the work carried out I must say that both the man who removed the old tiles and the tiller did a first class job and left the site clean and tidy and all the rubbish was uplifted by Property Restoration Services and removed from the site. I have no hesitation in recommending them for work.

Ricky was on hand whenever we needed anything and gave us great advice. The work was started on time and everything has been completed to a very high standard. No mess was left either. My ceiling collapsed in my living room and I needed help to repair this. The ceiling is Victorian and very ornate. I asked them to quote me for the work. They were very prompt and professional in assessing the damage and giving me an estimate. They took the time to talk with me about the work needed and I found this very reassuring as I was very anxious. The estimate was very competitive and I agreed that they should carry out the work. It was a super job and afterwards they painted the walls and ceiling to finish it off. They tidied up before leaving. My ceiling looks as good as new - you would never know that it was damaged at all. I have now asked them to do more work for me because they are so good.

Very happy with the quality of my bathroom once the guys were finished. A few delays here and there in getting it done, but that was down to the insurance company dragging their feet around the paperwork. I can't praise the guys that carried out the work enough, they were polite and had good chat. I would be more than happy for PRS to carry out repairs/work in my flat again.

I’ve used PRS on a number of occasions to do work in almost every room in the house. The most recent time was to replace a damaged ceiling caused by water damage. The job from top to bottom including the new ceiling, decorating and new flooring was first class and I am very happy with the end result. We had a bit of a false start, due to illness within the company - however they managed to get people out over the weekend which minimised the impact. We were delighted with the service we received from Builders in Edinburgh. The work was spread over a number of weeks as we were dependent on Scottish Gas/SGN moving a meter but Builders in Edinburgh responded quickly on each occasion with the right tradesmen.
