Saved a fortune on initial outlay paying £99 deposit on their £21/month rental package wireless house alarm which has full warranty for life and expertly fitted in 4 hrs. Our old wired system came with the house 25 yrs ago and battery kept setting it off. This alarm has latest technology and is great with app control and day and night settings with pet device as well. We also added a tag for simple setting on/off for parent with no phone. We added a device into our new log cabin for £4/month. Great peace of mind when were out and is monitored by their 24 hour ARC so brilliant when on holiday. Never had a false alarm either. Would recommend to anyone and great value.

Excellent service from Forbes Johnstone, i am very particular when it comes to buying a new service. The package being offered for £21 a month which covers all maintenance and monitoring. I was not convinced if this was right for us, so i had been in dialogue with Forbes for sometime and he explained all the benefits of the package and very patient and helpful. To this end we are looking forward to getting the system installed knowing my family will be safe. Great to deal with an excellent family company. I will update my review once system is in. This is an updste that i now have the alarm installed and the service was very professional and friendly. Very happy with the systems. Thanks CSS

John is an excellent engineer and his customer interactions excellent. His customer service is top class and a real credit to CSS. Very courteus and polite every time.

This review is for the West Lothian branch but will obv apply to the whole company. Have an alarm and CCTV fitted and on a yearly contract with this company yet they want to charge me £127.50 to disconnect the front door sensor (held in place with two screws) and then come back to re-connect once my new door is fitted! Absolutely shocked at this hefty price for a simple task that will take under 5 mins each visit. They wont budge on the price so I am now forced to look elsewhere.
